It is Friday. Today Henry has his art gallery on display.

"Madam," Frankie enters the living room. "

"Yes?" I ask while still reading a magazine.

"Henry is here," he answers.

"Hello buddy!" Henry jumps next to me and sits. I chuckle, "What are you doing here?"

He smiles, "just wanted to see you before tonight."

"Why?"

"What now? I can't see my friend?"

I smile, "Yeah."

"How are you? Where's Shawn?"

"I'm good. Shawn is workinng," I answer.

"Bleh, why is he busy all the time?" He asks.

"He is a rich man Henry. He helps his dad run an oil-related business,"

"No shit," Henry shrugs. "But why? He is young."

"So? He took the responsibility. He wants to help his dad out,"

"Sorry, don't get fussy. I just wonder why he took the job. Gabriel told me he graduated high school when he was 13 and then went to college at 15,"

I didn't know that.

"He graduated at 18 and since has been working," Henry finishes. "Is that true?"

I nod and go along with it. Darn, I didn't know that.

"I guess my question is why the rush to grow up?" Henry asks.

I can't tell him why. I didn't know about that but now it make sense. How he acts, talks, and how he presents himself. He wants to live all the things he will not do as he gets older. His disease will make him unmoveable soon.

"Hey, you okay?" Henry gets my hand. I look at him. "Yeah, I guess I don't know much about my husband as I thought I did."

He lightly smiles, "you never stop learning about your partner."

"I guess."

"Well I better go, need to get everything ready."

"Alright. See you later," I hug him.

"Hey wife," Shawn suddenly appears. Henry and I stand and look at him. Henry chuckles, "hey hubby."

I roll my eyes and go hug Shawn. "Hi sweetie, why are you early?"

Shawn kisses my forehead. "I want to eat lunch with you."

"Well, I see you later. Hope you can come too Shawn," Henry says. Shawn nods. "Of course."

Henry leaves the house. Shawn looks down at me. "Why was he here?"

"Just to talk," I say.

We walk to the dinning room. Bonnie is setting up the table. "Bonjour!" She giggles. "Comment vas-tu?"

"Good. Is the food ready?" Shawn asks.

"Oui" bonnie goes back to the kitchen and returns with some fancy chicken. Shawn pulls the chair out so I can sit.

"Do you have something to wear for tonight?" Shawn asks me as he sits down.

"Yeah," I answer.

"Okay, and are you ready for people to see your portrait?"

"Kind of, I mean, I'm not naked but I am,"

"You are nervous," Shawn says. He puts his hand on mine.
