Austin was curled up on his bed, clutching Fred close to him. He could feel the tears gathering in his eyes. "Why did I think Bri would ever love me..?" He asked Fred, the bear just stared at him. Austin sobbed, drawing the attention of a certain someone outside.
"Austin?" There was a soft knock on the door, Austin didn't hear it and curled in on himself even more. The person outside frowned, he opened the door, the sight that he saw caused him to frown even more.
The once cheerful son of Apollo was curled in on himself as he tried to muffle his sobs in his pillow. The winged demigod went over to the bed and sat down next Austin, he moved Austin's hair out of his face.
"Austin? Are you alright?" Austin just shook his head, barely noticing that the Bryan was there. Bryan sighed, "What's wrong?" That just caused Austin to sob more, Bryan hugged Austin and rubbed his back.
"B-Bri, X-xylo.." That was all it took for the winged demigod to understand the situation. Bryan growled under his breath. 'how dare Bri mess with his feelings..'
Austin just sobbed into the Bryan's chest, Bryan had his wings wrapped around him tightly.
Austin's sobs eventually came to a stop, making Austin look up at Bryan. He immediately flushed and looked back down, Bryan chuckled softly. "T-Thank you.." Austin buried his face in Bryan's chest, his hands were clutching Bryan's toga fabric tightly.
"It's okay.. I'm here.." Austin just nodded softly, seeming to have tired himself out with his sobs. And soon he fell asleep in Bryan's lap, hugged the Son of Aphrodite tightly.
Bryan chuckled softly, a smile coming onto his face. He kissed Austin's forehead, and moved Austin so that he was clutching Fred instead.
Bryan moved towards the door, taking one last look at Austin, he left the cabin. Once he made it to his cabin, he collapsed onto his bed. Jakey raised an eyebrow at him.
Bryan just sighed dreamily, "I think I'm in love." Jakey just shook his head and turned off his lamp.
"Goodnight Idiot." Jakey chuckled out, Bryan rolled his eyes and threw a pillow at the Son of Poseidon.
"Shut up!" And with that they both fell asleep.
