Chapter 12- Haunted trail part 2

CJ POV

Jeez. Those people scared the living crap out of me. I hate scary things, except games. Games like five nights at Freddys. So, we were walking. The one guy was still following me. Then one guy popped out of the bushes. I got a little scared and scooted closer to Jay. He didn't seem to mind. Then there were two people with chainsaws near me. Then I took another step and tripped on a root or something. Then I fell. Everything went black.

Jay POV

I was holding CJ's hand. When I hold someone's hand to long, my hand starts to sweat. I don't think he noticed because he just held it tighter. So we were walking and he tripped over his own two feet. The chainsaw guy stopped. Everyone kept walking. "Caleb." I said shaking him. I think he hit his head pretty hard. I shook him again. He moved a little. I was still holding his hand. Then his eyes snapped open. "Ugggh." he said frowning. After we finished our hike, we went to Long John Silver's. We laughed about the tour. Turns out he had fun.

Toby POV

Today was the haunted trail. It's a trail that goes through a forest. I was in it since I needed money. You get paid to work there. I was a chainsaw guy. So, there I saw CJ and Jay. I saw them joke around talking like babies. I was the one who followed them. I saw them holding hands. I think something is going on between them. I don't mind if there is, but I can tell.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT
CJ POV

Halloween night. Jay told me to put my costume on. I don't know what he is planning, but I do what he says. We got in the car. "Where are we going?" "You'll see." We got to a neighborhood. "Uh Jay, I'm not trick or treating." "Yes you are." "What no I'm not. I'm 20." "Well I'm 21. Your coming." he said grabbing my wrist. "I don't wanna." "Well your gonna." We went to a small cozy looking home. He knocked on the door. An old man answered. "We aren't you boys a little old." He chuckled. "Yes" "No" we said at the same time. "Well here you go, " handing us some chocolate. "What's your name?" Jason asked. "Just call me Paul." "Ok." "You boys can visit anytime." "Really? Thanks. Okay bye." Then we left.
