Michael and Taylor were walking through the woods when Taylor suddenly stopped.

"What's wrong Taylor?" Michael asked worriedly

"I just was thinking about...stuff." Taylor said as if she was confused with herself

"Taylor, I know something's going on. What's up?" Michael said a little hurt she didn't tell him what was going on.

"I don't know. Something crossed my mind and it made me think. That's all don't worry about it." Taylor said wanting to change the subject

"Fine." Michael said sourly

Taylor knew he was upset and she wanted to tell him but she never could talk about how she felt.

They walked in silence until they heard a loading of a gun.

They froze in their tracks.

"Turn around!" Said a man

They slowly turned not to see Hatch's but a guy who looked drunk.

"Taylor, reboot him!" Michael whisper yelled

"I am, he is so drunk there's nothing to reboot! Shoot a lightning ball at him!"

"I can't..."

"Why not?!"

"Because I'd have to move and I'm not going to risk him shooting you!" Michael said seriously

"Michael. You have to."  Taylor said looking into his eyes which were pleading to not do this.

"Fine!"

The drunk guy just stood there staring at them with a blank expression

Michael made a ball of lightning and chucked it at the man while jumping in front of Taylor just in case.

As the lightning hit the man he pulled the trigger shooting Michael in the stomach.

"No!" Taylor screamed

Taylor grasped her cell and called Abi and Ostin and told them to get help.

"Michael help is coming stay strong!" Taylor said starting to cry

Michael was finding it hard to keep his eyes open.

"Taylor, I love you so much. I'm glad it was me." Michael gave a small smile trying to keep Taylor calm

"Michael, stay awake!" She screamed as Michael eyes started to close.

"Taylor, find someone better. I love you." Michael weakly reached up and stroked her face.

He slowly dropped his arm and his eyes.

Just then Mrs. Vey, Joel and the medical team showed up.

Taylor cried into Mrs Vey and Mrs Vey into her. Joel was trying to help with the medical team.

They all drove to the hospital. They took Michael into surgery and tried to bring him back to consciousness.

Taylor heard the doctor say "His pulse is very weak."

"He is still alive!" Taylor thought

After waiting through surgery and a long night the doctor came out and said "Michael will be fine, he is resting right now but you may go in to see him."

"Thank you Doctor." Mrs Vey said but the doctor had to talk about Michael's condition so he held her for a while

Taylor ran to Michael

She saw him on the bed hooked up to a machine.

Taylor sat beside his bed and held his hand.

Michael started to stir he opened his eyes and looked at Taylor.

Taylor heard his thoughts and looked up. "You're awake!"

"I am." Michael smiled

Michael remembered what happened.

"Wait are you ok?!" Michael said his heart rate going up

"Michael calm down I'm fine!"

Michael breathed in and out

"I love you too." Taylor said

"You read my mind?"

"No, it's just what you said right before you blacked out. I realized I didn't say it back."

"What were you think about before I was shot? You never told me."

"A thought quickly went through my mind. What would happen if you died? I didn't know. I'm sorry I didn't tell you I just had trouble talking about how I feel." She said looking down

"Well, from now on just know, I will always listen to you. And your feelings."

"I know." She said as she leaned down and kissed him
