"Tara, for the moment I met you I knew you were better than Taylor. Would you go out with me." Michael asked surprisingly confident.
"Of course I will!" Tara replied overjoyed that her crush asked her out. She was hoping he would since Taylor and Q got together.
"Great." He said leaning in...
*Beep* *Beep*
"No!" Tara said trying to fall back to sleep to finish her dream.
"What's wrong with you?" Asked Taylor about to leave
"Ugh! A ruined dream."
"Oh, sorry sis."
Tara took a shower and got dressed then went to get some food. But people were in the hall.
"Why!" She heard what seemed to be Michael's voice cracking with sadness.
"Q kissed me and I kissed back."
"Why would you kiss back?" Michael said
"I don't know! But to be honest I kinda liked it."
"Well, then have fun with him cause we are through!"
"Michael, I'm sorry."
"Yeah, well." He said walking off.
Tara opened the door. "Why would you do that to him!?"
"Why are you mad at me shouldn't you be yelling at Q?" Taylor said a little hurt
"Oh you can be sure he'll get what's coming to him!" Tara walked off to find Michael
She finally found him in the woods.
"Hey." She said softly
"Hey." He said quickly turning around.
"Just to clear the air, I know about you and my sister."
"Ha, great." He said sourly
"It's ok, what she did was totally wrong. I'm sorry you had to go through that."
"Same to you."
"Huh?"
"It was Q who she cheated on me with."
"Oh, yeah."
"Listen, I don't want you to think I need to have ice cream or anything." He chuckled
"Good, I probably wouldn't bring you some. But if you want to talk I'm here."
"Thanks Tara." He said staring into her eyes that seemed darker than Taylor's but just as beautiful.
"Anytime." She said risking everything by holding his hand.
"Tara."
"Yes?"
"Can I kiss you?"
"Uh, yes."
Michael leaned in.
So did Tara.
