"Wedding day-part 1"

*Teresa pnt of view*

Beep, beep, beep.

"Teresa! Teresa! Get up! You sleepy head! Do you know what time it is? Huh!? Get up!" Yelled Tatiana.

"What! What? I'm up, I'm up. What's up with the yelling." I said still dazed from my sweet slumber.

"Young lady do you know what time it is?! " yelled my mom barging into my room.

"Ummm no?" I said still confused. I was dreaming about food. So yeah, you don't wake me up from that.

"Its you wedding day stupid." Said Tatiana as she jumps into my bed and shakes me wildly.

My wedding day. My wedding day? Holy maccaroni! Its my wedding day!!!

I quickly jumped out of bed while yelling "aaaah! Why didn't you tell me?!"

" why did you think I woke you up?" Said Tatiana.

Oh! Right.

"Whatever! Lets go! We can't be late." I yelled frantically.

"Um if you haven't noticed you're the only one not ready, all the girls are waiting on you."

"Oh well thanks captain obvious."

"You're welcome."

I hurried and took a shower, and followed with my morning routine. I dressed up picked up my purse, supplies and dress, and we all headed to the hotel, where my mom had prepared a team to help us get ready for the wedding.

As we got closer to the hotel I couldn't help but wonder that in just a few hours I would no longer be Teresa Miller, but instead I'll be Mrs. Teresa Miller Payne. It even has a ring to it.

I can't believe that finally, I found true love. Something that seemed impossible in the past. I just pray that after today no more pain. I don't think I can endure another stab to my heart.

"Hellooo earth to Teresa, were here." Said Tatiana as she waved her hands in front of my face, snapping me out of my daze.

We exited the car and headed to the hotel. The wedding will be held in the venue downstairs. Based on what my mom said, its already decorated, the girls and I planned on sneaking in and seeing how the decorations looked, but my mom had the doors guarded by security. Guess I'll have to wait and see what she planned.

We entered the room, and were joined by the hair and make up crew. While my bridesmaids got ready I picked up the phone and dialed Derrick's number.

After the first ring he picked up.

"Hi baby." Just his voice sent a shiver down my spine, and a jolt throughout my body, which caused the butterflies to awaken in my stomach.

"Hi bae." At my words The girls giggled and whispered which caused me to blush, I went and the bathroom closed the door to have a bit more privacy.

"How are you?" He asked.
"I'm fine. Nervous but fine. How about you"
"I'm alright, but it looks as if Derrick junior can't wait to actually see you. I have to keep on saying 'down boy'."
My eyes widened as I realised what he was saying. "Oh my God. Derrick! Really? Just stop."
"Mmhm you won't be saying that later on tonight." I could hear the smirk in his voice.
"Oh my God. You know what Whatever. I gotta go. I'll see you later."
I went to hang up when he stopped me and said "Teresa ?"
"Yes?"
"I love you, with all my heart, and don't you forget it."
