"Medyo magulo ang storya but my parents wasn't really inlove. Nabuntis ni Papa si Mama and they had to get married because of me, though, my dad didn't developed feelings for her." nalungkot ako nang marinig ang kwento niya. I already calmed down and we're still outside, parehas walang balak na bumalik sa loob.

"You saved my father. He told me that himself," he smiled sadly.

"Nagseselos ako noon, nasasaktan. But I'm happy for him. He was finally happy again when he became your bodyguard. Hindi ko man siya nakasama lagi, I know he also cared for me. He even bought me the bike kahit hindi ko naman hiningi."

"I'm sorry." yumuko ako, feeling guilty.

"It's not your fault. Hindi niya naman talaga gusto si Mama e, the one he really loved was your mom." Nanlaki ang mata ko doon.

"What?!" I was so shocked. Tama ba ang narinig ko?!

"Yeah, when I first heard about it, nagalit ako, nalito. I was so mad at him for hurting my mother pero nang malaman kong hindi siya binigyan ng chance ni Mama, na pinag samantalahan niya siya noong nalasing siya, I understood why my father didn't want to be around her." It was finally making sense kung bakit hindi na halos umuwi sa kanila si Dave. I've always wondered why he doesn't go home tuwing Christmas even in new years, 'yun pala, he was avoiding Tita Charlotte? But he was in love with my Mom? That's another story. Did dad knew about it?

"I'm so sorry to hear that." I sighed.

"Past is past. Let's just move on and live in the present without regrets," he said. I nodded my head.

"So... you're not mad at me?" I asked.

"Hindi nga. Gusto mo bang magalit ako?" Napanguso ako doon.

"You watch too much Kdrama. Hindi ako mahilig mag higanti and like I said, pinasaya mo ang papa ko so I can't hate you for that." He added.

Finally, I apologized to him and cleared some things. I never knew that a simple conversation with him would make me feel so much better.

Now, I understood why Dave acted the way he did. I'm still happy I met Dave's son. Ngayon, narerealize kong may pagkaka parehas nga silang dalawa ng anak niya. The height and the skin tone. Parehas din silang gwapo. Also, 'yung ugaling masyadong seryoso at mabait. May lahi yata silang Santo e.

I giggled on that thought.

"I saw him again," kwento ko kay Asaki na kumakain ng apple sa harap ko. Nasa kwarto ko nanaman siya at may dala siyang paper bag para sa 'kin. Early in the morning, he barged inside my room with a smile on his face.

"I know," sagot niya na para bang alam na alam niya ang lahat ng nangyayari sa buhay ko.

"Alam mo?" I raised a brow.

"Yeah, Rafael told me." Kumunot ang noo ko doon.

"And why would he tell you? Tatay ba kita? Bff ba kayo?" The last time I checked, hindi sila close kaya Best friends? Malabo.

Tumawa siya nang marinig 'yon. I ignored him at sinilip ang paper bag na dala niya. I took out a cute pink dress there na damit pang baby and immediately gasped when I saw the printed words in it.
