~~~~~~ No Ones POV ~~~~~~

Aether was planning a surprise birthday party for Xiao who always forgets his birthday. He didn't have such a good childhood so his birthday was either forgotten or never celebrated. So he never thought about it anymore himself. Aether being the caring and loving person he is for Xiao always throws him a small birthday party.

Xiao was at work and Aether was setting up everything. He had baked the cake himself and was very proud of it. He was so excited and happy for Xiao to come home. He was working so hard to make sure everything looked nice for him. His parents and some friends were coming over later as well to celebrate.

What Aether didn't know is that Xiao decided he was gonna come home early to surprise him. He knew how much Aether hated when he had to work so he wanted to come home early to make him happy but he, like always, has forgotten his birthday again and didn't realize that Aether was probably planning something like he always does.

Xiao walked into the house quietly with a small smile on his face. He got into the kitchen and looked around with wide eyes. His face turned bright red when he realized what Aether was doing. There was music playing so Aether didn't notice Xiao was there yet. Xiao felt his heart melt but quickly left before he was discovered.

He got in his car and went to the park until it was around the time to get off of work. Xiao didn't wanna ruin all of Aethers hard work just because he forgot again. He would feel bad and he could just imagine the sadness on Aethers face if he came home early.

When he first entered the house, it was dark and quiet. Xiao called out for Aether and acted as if he knew nothing. Suddenly the lights were turned on and everyone jumped out yelling "surprise!". Xiao put up a good act. His eyes widened as he smiled, his lovely husband running up to him. Aether wrapped his arms around Xiaos neck while attacking him with many many kisses.

Xiao couldn't help but laugh and manage to kiss Aether on the lips. "Happy birthday Xiao!" Aether smiled and it was so worth waiting at the park for. Xiao nuzzled his cheek into Aethers before kissing it "Thank you my love~".

The party went well. Everyone had a good time and Xiaos parents were the last ones to leave. As Xiao was walking them to their car they started talking about Aether.

"You know.. Aether worked very like always this year. I think it's time you show him just how much you appreciate him tonight as a thank you!" Childe smirked while Zhongli looked at him then back at Xiao to see the boys reaction.

Xiao seemed confused on what he meant for a moment then turned extremely red when it finally hit him. Just as he was about to cuss Childe out, Zhongli wished Xiao a happy birthday before dragging Childe to thr car. Xiao watched the two drive off quickly in annoyance but he did think about what his father said.

He went back inside to find Aether cleaning up everything with a smile while humming to a song he and Xiao liked to listen to all the time. Before Aether could grab another dish, Xiao grabbed it before him "let me help you babe". Aether giggled and the two cleaned up the house together.

Once they were done, they went upstairs and changed for bed. While Aether was putting on a shirt Xiao came behind him and stopped him. Xiao took a deep breath and let it out on Aethers neck which sent shivers down his spine as he let out a small whimper.

The taller boy (xiao ofc) began to kiss his neck softly but got more rough along the way. He left no part untouched by his lips, even leaving a few marks. Only soft and quiet moans could be heard from the blond who was enjoying his lovers touch.
