Of course, the first thing he had to do when he was reborn again and penniless was to fill his stomach... To fill his stomach, he took the class student who had been blackmailed by him several times in his previous life and who turned out to be so s*upid to give him a lot of money.

The fat little man was like his little brother.

Much later, the little fat man lost weight and became his male god.

Impressions: Half way through I realized I've read this before. Lol. But still finished re-reading it. XD

So our MC was reborn. In the first life, he became an orphan with his lil sis. Then his Uncle's family took over all their money/possessions in exchange for 'taking care' of them. But they're often abused in their Uncle's home, hardly being fed, doing all the chores etc. MC's grade plummeted. His aunt destroyed his reputation at school and his teachers believed her. MC becomes a punk/gangster so his reputation continue to blacken. When his Uncle tried to molest his little sis, he killed him. Then he went to jail. After coming out, he gets picked up by shou, had him study and gave him a job. MC falls for shou but didn't dare to confess. Shou gets stomach cancer. Shou dies. MC gets reborn.

MC was reborn on his 3rd year of middle school. He was newly orphaned. You can say this was the 'turning point' in his last life. This time, he didn't hide his home situation from the school (MC used to be prideful) and also dismantled his Aunt's lies about him and his lil sis (saying they were lazy or ungrateful). He successfully left his Aunt's home with lil sis and lived in his classmate's house. Said classmate is MC's little fatty seatmate. Seatmate has always been good to MC to the point that MC thought that he was too easy to deceive. MC even hated him a little bit in the last life just because he's rich. This time, MC is thankful to him and decided to treat him better and even raise him as a son. Lol. He is also thinking of shou, wanting to be...more successful(?) so he will look good when he meets shou later.

Seatmate discovers his crush for MC early and when MC noticed it, he tried to alienate seatmate cos...'he already has shou in his heart'. Laters, he discovers that shou = seatmate (Shou's name/bday was changed in the last life) and regrets it to death XD He confessed to shou, telling him that he was just confused of his gay feelings for shou at the time that's why he alienated shou. Shou thinks MC might be lying and he might like someone else (MC has drawings of last life shou) but accepts it anyway, as long as MC can be his. But since shou is still young (highschool!) MC didn't make any moves on him (Not even a kiss!)

Then there's the career/poor-to-rich arc, MC drops out from school and starts his own business: a home decoration business. He dupes some upstart that he was from a big decoration company in the provincial capital and designs his home. He gets a referral to renovate a restaurant too. After getting paid, he made his lies into truth and establish a company in the provincial capital. Then his career just keep rising. Meanwhile, shou graduates from highschool and MC can finally 'date' him for real, BUT! they get discovered by shou's Dad XD Shou's Dad feels guilty for neglecting shou before and thankful for MC raising him so he can't really object but he wanted MC to show his sincerity for shou. MC simply gave shou majority of the shares in his company. 

Shou goes to college, graduates then starts working in MC's company. Some misunderstandings (Interns think shou is unqualified to sit in a high position) and its revealed that shou is a major shareholder in the company. Shou opens his own studio for comics/mangas also establishing his own career.

Like I said, I read this before but I guess it wasn't too memorable for me. Our gong MC is good and its all extremely cool with his career/poor-to-rich arc. I guess, I remember thinking that MC didn't seem that 'dark' from his 10-year jail time (Prejudice! I know!). It also isn't that sweet cos he was so busy with his career and shou was in school. It's good but compared to author-sama's other works, this is pretty low on my list. (Author-sama does have many awesome works)
