By chance, some other guy was also reborn. He was also a person in the entertainment circle so him and MC has a rival-like relationship. Lol. MC survives the test... but later, ML still finds out the truth. (ML and his manager) so they promoted MC from a small assistant to an agent, cos its such a waste of his skills. ML also starts pursuing MC openly now that he knows he is not a real teenager at heart XD XD XD 

Anyways, MC is very rational(?) but he slowly gets moved by ML's actions especially after ML helped him make up for his regrets for some of the artists he handled in the last life (like this girl who committed suicide or this guy who got disillusioned of relationships cos he encountered a scum man  or a guy who has good acting skills but MC did not become his agent cos he's not popular enough/cannot earn money) so after he determines that he's also starting to have feelings for ML, they officially get together ^^ Ending is MC becoming a doctor. He attended University like his plans and ML retired and took over the family business~

Like I said, very cute. Lol. MC is not a real 18 year old, but in a way, he's also a blank sheet of paper cos he's never been to a relationship XD MC is very calm, and most of the time, he's like a Senior taking care of the little trainees. After he becomes ML's assistant, he also did not take care of intrigues but helped train ML's other assistant. I think even without ML, given MC's personality, he would still succeed on his goal to earn money, and enter university~~ ML is just an icing to the cake, giving him success in his lovelife too. I really like this kind of peaceful, MC getting his own kind of happiness (No need to reach the peak of life XD) Nearest reco I can think of is... More Than a Few Blessings.
