Part 84

We take Scarlett's things back to the house and put them in the guest room. Then Scarlett goes to get Rose so me and Robin go to get Mason. "Why didn't you want to go with Scar?" I ask.

"I don't know.. she's going to get her daughter so I just.. thought I'd come with you ok? Go get Mason" She crosses her arms as we pull into the driveway.

"Ok ok fine" I laugh getting out of the car and go up to the door.

"Mommy!" Mason yells as my mom opens the door.

"Hey bubba!" I open my arms as he jumps up into them. "Did you have fun with Papa and grandma?"

"Yep! I always do!" He giggles.

"Ok well give grandma a kiss before you go" My mom smiles giving Mason a kiss on the cheek then hugging us both.

"Bye mom love you"

"Bye grandma love you!"

"I love you both too, tell Robin I said hi" She laughs waving to Robin.

"I will, bye" I wave to my mom walking back to the car. "My mom said hi Robin" I say opening the car door.

"Oh she went back inside I was gonna stick my head out the window and say hi. It's ok, anyway there's my favorite little man" Robin turns around as I put Mason in his seat.

"Hi auntie Robin! No wait I'm mad at you." He huffs while I shut his door and get in the drivers side.

"What why??" She furrows her brows at him.

"You and Scarlett had lunch without me and mommy" Robin looks over at me as I start laughing.

"I'm sorry bud, we can go out to lunch tomorrow if you want? I missed my favorite little man today and I really don't want you to be mad at me" I look over at her, she's giving Mason puppy dog eyes while pouting.

"Promise we can go out to lunch?" He frowns.

"I pinkie promise" Robin reaches back holding out her pinkie.

"Ok! I forgive you" He giggles wrapping his pinkie around hers.

"Love you buddy"

"Love you too auntie"

"Oh Mason Scarlett and her daughter will be staying with us for a little while." I look at him in the rear view mirror.

"Really? Yay! I've never met her daughter. Is she my age?" He asks pushing my seat with his feet.

"She's a year younger than you, she's very sweet. I'm sure you two will get along great!"

"Yay new friend!" He giggles as we arrive at the house.

We go inside and then a few minutes later Scarlett and Rose arrive. "Hey you two!" I smile letting them in.

"Hi!" Rose smiles giving me a big hug. "I always like coming to Auntie Lizzie's!"

"I'll have to FaceTime her in a little while so you can say hi to her. I'm sure she'd love to see you"

"Yay!" She cheers as Scarlett bends down kissing her head. Mason comes over and grabs onto my legs. "Hi I'm Rose" She smiles.

"Hi.. I'm Mason" He peaks his head out from behind me.

"How old are you?"

"I'm 6" he says shyly.

"I'm 5" Rose smiles as I usher Mason out from behind me.

"Don't be shy bubba she's not gonna bite you" I laugh.
