Part 4

Lizzie disappears to the bathroom so I decided to walk around a little bit. I found her kitchen and then the back door. I open the door and take a few steps outside, I spot her famous garden and walk over to it. I squat down looking at her blueberries when I hear her voice behind me. "Hey, do you like my garden?"

I stand up quickly startled by her, "Oh hey! Yea I do it's a cute garden. Uh sorry should I have not started exploring around?"

Lizzie chuckles walking towards me shaking her head. "No it's fine! I don't mind you walking around. Are you thirsty?"

I think for a moment then nod, "A little bit, I'll join you back inside." She smiles holding out her hand. I take her hand in mine following her inside to the kitchen. After a few minutes she hands me a cup of water.

"Hey come with me for a second." She takes my hand once again smiling. I can't help but smile back and nod taking a quick drink of water. I follow her up to her room. "Stay here I'll be back." She walks away as I walk to her bed looking around her room. I sit on her bed and see a picture on her end table. It was a picture of her and a guy, I'm assuming her boyfriend or ex boyfriend? I begin to examine the photo, she looks so happy in it. Suddenly Lizzie pushes the picture forward onto the table putting her hand on top of it. "Don't mind this. I've been meaning to get rid of it."

I stand up rubbing the back of my neck, "Lizzie? Aren't you and him on a break? Meaning that there's a chance you could get back together?"

She grabs my hands in hers shaking her head, "No! I mean yea but I don't want him back... I've had a lot of fun today and every time we've hung out. I even kissed you!"

I look at her confused as she rambles, "What are you saying Lizzie?"

I watch as she takes a deep breath then she lets go of my hands. She places her hands softly on my cheeks scanning my face. "I... I think I have a big crush on you."

My eyes widen at the words that just came from her mouth. "You what?? You have a crush on. On me?? B-But why? I'm just.. me.." I look down at the ground.

Lizzie then pulls me closer pressing her lips softly onto mine. I wrap my arms around her pulling her closer. After a minute she rests her forehead on mine. "That's why. You're you. I've enjoyed getting to know you, maybe a little too much." She chuckles, "I don't care if you're not famous or an actress or anything. If anything that's what attracts me to you. Well one of the things."

I can't help but smile and tighten my grip around her, "Then we got a lot to figure out huh? Because I think I have a big crush on you. And I hate how much Robin knows me well." Lizzie scrunches her nose giggling, I smile then press my lips onto hers once more.

"I guess we do." She says against my lips then she kisses me again quickly.

I sigh and back up a little, "But.. you and Robbie are on a break..." I sadly look away from her.

"I'll call him and tell him that we aren't getting back together. I'll do it now!" She pulls her phone out of her pocket and clicks it on.

I take it out of her hand as she looks at me offended, "Slow down there Olsen, I like the enthusiasm but I think we should at least go on a date or two before ending it completely."

She groans making me laugh, she grabs her phone from my hand and shoves her phone back in her pocket, "Ok fine, Does tonight's dinner count as a date?"

I raise an eyebrow at her, "Do you want this to be our first date?"

"Yes!" She says excitedly then clears her throat, "Um I mean yes I'd like that." You laugh kissing her cheek.

"Ok well then we aren't eating here!" She furrows her brows at me. "What? How about for our second date we will come back here and eat dinner here."

Lizzie cups my face in her hands, "I can deal with that. So then where are we going for our first date?"

I rub the back of my neck, "Uh... I'll need some time for that.. what time is it?" I look at the time then Lizzie puts her finger under my chin. She lifts my head up to look at her and smiles.

"Hey it doesn't have to be fancy. I'm fine with anything!" I furrow my brows at her, she kisses my cheek. "I'm serious! Hm.. why don't we call the cafe the first date?"

I shake my head, "No no I want an official cute date! Hm.. ok give me an hour and meet me at me apartment ok?"

"At your apartment? Ok. I'll see you in an hour then Y/l/n!" She pulls me into a big hug, I happily sigh wrapping my arms around her. I haven't felt this happy in awhile and I can't believe it's because of Elizabeth freaking Olsen.

Lizzie walks me downstairs and out to my car, I get in keeping my door open. "I'll see you in an hour then miss Olsen." I wink at her making her giggle.

"I'll see you in an hour dork, I'll text you when I'm on my way." She smiles at me grabbing my hand.

"Ok sounds good, bye then. See you soon!" Lizzie leans forward kissing my cheek then gives me a soft smile.

"See you soon." She backs away from the door allowing me to close it. She waved to me as I begin backing out so I wave back. I head home and begin getting everything ready for the date.
