Part 18

It's the next day and I'm getting ready for work as I get a call from Lizzie, "Hey beautiful!"

"Hey baby! Are you at work?"

"No not yet, why?" I say putting her on speaker so I can put my hair in a ponytail.

"Well I don't have to be on set today so I thought I'd come to your work today!"

I smile putting my hat on grabbing my phone putting it back up to my ear, "That's a lovely idea babe! I'm about to leave for work so I'll see you soon then?"

"Definitely! I'll get ready and head over! See you soon!"

"Bye babe see you in a bit!" I hang up putting my phone in my pocket and grabbing my keys. I head to to work, I walk in seeing Robin who's already working. "Hey Robin!"

"Hey you're here!" She quickly hugs me as I come behind the counter.

"Well yea kinda have to be. Oh Lizzie will be here soon also!" I say excitedly as I clock in.

"Really? Are you sure that's a good idea? I thought you two aren't public yet?" Robin asks.

"I'm sure it'll be fine. I just won't kiss her... Aw man." I huff putting my apron on as Robin laughs. After 20 minutes Lizzie walks in with her hair up in a ponytail, a black hat and sunglasses. I look around then smile giving her a little wave. "Hello how may I help you?" I wink making her giggle.

"I'll have a medium caramel mocha please" she smiles.

"Well that'll be $4.45." I smile as she fumbles with her wallet and hands me a 5. I give her the change, "coming right up! Miss?" I ask as she rolls her eyes.

"You know who I am!" She laughs.

"Humor me some beautiful." I wink at her.

"Fine, Olsen~ but you can just call out Lizzie." She says flirtatiously making me blush. "Good enough for you?"

"Yep yup mhm." I say fumbling with a cup, she giggles staying up at the counter with me since there's nobody else in line.

"This is a cute little café you work at babe." Lizzie smiles walking to the pick up part of the counter.

"Yea? It is. Robin got me a job here and I've worked here ever since. It pays pretty good too." I talk as I continue making her drink.

"Do you enjoy working here?" She asks leaving against the counter.

"I do, it's especially with Robin working here.." I sigh smiling looking down at the counter.

"Do you.. want to do something else?" Lizzie asks in a soft tone.

"Wh-What? No I like working here! U-Um your drinks done." I write her name and a little message on the lid and hand her her drink.

"Thank you! 'Have a great day!' And a heart. Well aren't you sweet" Lizzie giggles.

"Anything for you, oh there's a customer." I turn to see someone walking in.

"Ok, I'll sit over there." She blows me a small kiss and walks over to a table not too far away.

After an hour Lizzies still here reading our magazines and has gotten a small wrap. It was all going good until Liam walked into the Café. "Oh no.."

"Y/n! Hey!" He smiles widely at me.

"Liam, hi. What can I get for you?" I say awkwardly, I nervously look over at Lizzie who's looking over at me.

"Um actually I want to talk to you." Liam rubs the back of his neck.

"Um we're busy! I can't!" He looks around and then looks at me confused. "Do we have to talk now?"

"I'm just confused on why you blocked me.." He asks sadly.

"I know you got Danny to break up with me." He looks at me wide eyed.

"What!? I did not! Y/n I want you to be happy!" He reaches over the counter grabbing my hands making my whole body tense up.

I quickly take my hands from him awkwardly, "Um don't do that please.." I chuckle awkwardly.

"I like you Y/n.. a lot." He puts his hand on top of mine.

"Liam I-" He lifts my hand up leaning forward kissing it. I quickly take my hand away looking over at Lizzie who's shooting daggers at us. "Liam I have a girlfriend!" I blurt out.

"Girlfriend? You don't have to lie to me Y/n! Come on give me a chance!" He pleads.

"What? I'm not lying. I have a girlfriend." I furrow my brows at him. The nerve.

"Y/n I know you're straight! Come on. You've never ever been interested is girls! You said you would never ever date a girl no matter who she was." I feel holes burning into the side of my head as he talks.

"Shut up please." I tighten my jaw.

"You said you'd turn down any actress if they asked. Even Eliz-"

"Shut up! Please! I have a girlfriend her name is Lizzie now stop!" I yell at him. Robin comes running out from the break room to my side.

"Liam I think you should leave." Robin says pulling me closer to her. "She obviously doesn't want to talk to you. Her girlfriend wouldn't want you talking to her like that. So if you're not gonna buy anything leave please."

He stands quietly for a moment then leaves quietly. I face Robin, "Thank you so much. Hey um.. is Lizzie glaring at me?"

Robin looks behind me and nervous looks back at me, "She's leaving."

"What!?" I turn to see Lizzie walking towards the door. "No no no Lizzie wait!" I quickly run over to her grabbing her hand. "Lizzie don't go!"

"I'm leaving Y/n." She turns to leave, but I quickly pull her with me dragging her with me to the break room. "Y/n stop it let me go!"

"Um Y/n I don't think the boss is gonna like that!" Robin warns me.

"I don't care let him be mad!" I yell back pulling Lizzie into the break room. I turn to her grabbing both her hands, "Please talk to me and let me explain!"

"You have 5 minutes."
