''C'mon Harry. We gotta go. My parents are waiting, so get off the couch and lets GO, GO,GO." pulling him off of the couch to get going.
"I'm coming.'' he said getting up, ''You said before that you don't think they'll like me. So why is this a good idea?" following you out.
"Because they are wrong. To prove it we are all going to dinner."
"Fine. Where are we going?" he said doubtfully
"My house. You been there so don't pretend to get lost." knowing what he was thinking.
As much as you knew this night was going to go wrong you had to try. Pulling up to the house you saw your mum at the door and you got out to give her a hug. "Hey mum."
"Hello Mrs.Y/L/N." Harry said going for a hand shack. But your mum blew him off. Yep like you thought this night was not going to go well.
"Hey daddy!" walking to the living room.
"Sweetie. Harry." barely looking towards Harry.
"So whats for dinner?" going to the kitchen to check.
When you all sat down no one talked. There was just a long awkward pause. Until your dad finally broke the silence "So Harry what do you do?"
"I'm in a band." he answered
"Oh" you dad then added, "anything else?"
"Nope."
"What do some of your tattoo's mean?" he said poking at a few.
"Most just look cool."
"Oh." he said not having anything else to say.
No one talked for the rest of the dinner. "Mum. Me and Harry got the dishes." grabbing them and heading to the kitchen. "That could have gone better."
"But it could have gone worse." making a good piont.
Neither of you said anything instead you eavesdropped on your parents conversation.
"He is in a band, and piontless tattoo's. Why is she dating him?" your dad told your mum.
"Maybe because he makes her happy." your mum said
Your dad had nothing to say to your mum then. And niether said anything as you walked with Harry to his car.
"Maybe I was wrong, that was great. Mainly that part where you mum was all mad at your dad." he said hugging you.
"Well she was right. That and I like your tattoo's too. I don't think they'll have a problem with us anymore." giving him a final kiss "I love you."
"Love you too." he said leaving.
