Nothing could top last years surprise. We don't have a great track record of a good Valentines Day. And yet again Louis is not here again.
"Lou I know it is probably like 2 am where ever you are right now but Happy Valentines Day. I love you."
I left him a message but I could not sit at home all day alone on national love day.
Luckily my friends threw a party every year for Valentines day, but only because they hate it. Beggars can't be choosers.
Later that night-
The party was in full swing. Even thought I was out I was still felt alone.
I was sitting around the bar i talked for a bit, but it was filling in the void that was Louis. I felt my phone vibrating and i took it as an excuse to leave. I finally looked at my caller id and saw Louis's picture.
"Babe, hey." I smiled widely even if he never saw it.
"Happy Valentines Day." he stopped for a second before continuing, "Remember last year I said no matter what, no matter where I am, or where you are I'll be there."
"Yeah, why?"
"No reason, what are you up too?" there was something in his voice.
"At, you know michelle's yearly valentines day party."
He laughed from the other side and it sounded close and I thought the phone had turned off, "No babe I am still here. But doesn't she hate Valentines Day."
"Yeah but it's something to do."
I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist, "Should I feel replaced?" he whispered in my ear. Lou.
"LOUIS!" I turned around a planted a big kiss on him. "You're here!"
"Like I have been saying No matter I'll be there."
