Chap 5: First Day Together

"Ringgggggggggggg!!!", Katherine's alarm went. She switched it off and woke up. She was smiling. In her hand she was holding the pillow with the letter 'R. Yup! She was thinking about him. Before she slept and after she woke up. He even came in her dreams! But obviously the smaller version!

She walked towards the window. It was 7am and the sun was rising. She saw it was snowing. She loves the snow. In New York back home she could only enjoy it when it was winter but in London, it is mostly winter.

She took the towel and went to take a hot bubble bath. Once she was done she wore a greenTahari Seamed A-Line Dress (Regular & Petite) with a pair of dark blue jeans. Since it was winter, she wore her favourite green colour jacket. she went towards the dressing table and begin to comb her hair. She just let it down and went to wear white Jimmy Choo
'Abel' Pump and carried her green Kate Spade new york 'cedar street - maise'. satchel. All these were from the closet. Katherine just always suit the weather!

It was 8am by the time she went down to the dining table where the family was waiting for all to gather. Katherine kept her bag on the sofa while she went to the dining table. Mark and Daisy were already there meanwhile Olivia and Robert were coming down. Ryan was still getting ready.

"Good morning uncle Mark and aunt Daisy!", Katherine greeted them excitedly.

"Good morning dear. Looking very beautiful today! Why are you so excited?", Daisy asked Katherine. She has never seen Katherine so excited.

"Well, actually I today is my first day at work and I am feeling excited.", Katherine replied. Olivia and Robert had joined them.

"Well dear! It may be your first day at work but actually work is as boring as it always has been! By the way, for your information we have a meeting early in the morning.", Mark explained to Katherine.

She didn't bother. Actually she as smiling and was excited for other reasons. Since at home there isn't any photos of Robert, the office should have his photos!

Robert was dressed in his office attire; a long sleeve shirt and a with a blazer. He couldn't get his eyes off Katherine. She was wearing one of his favourite colour.
He was sitting opposite her.

Meanwhile Olivia sat next to Katherine. She was wearing a pink Chelsea28
Short Sleeve Shirtdress with a pair of pink colour pants. Her hair was let down as well and she had worn her favourite pink Manolo Blahnik 'BB' Pointy Toe Pump. She kept her MARC BY MARC JACOBS
'Medium Pretty Nylon Tate' Tote next to Katherine's one.

They were waiting for Ryan. After 10 minutes Ryan came down. He apologized for being late and sat down next to Robert. They began eating their scrumptious meal. Once they were done eating their meal, they picked up their bags and sat in Robert's black Porsche. Robert was driving the car and Ryan sat next to him. Meanwhile, Olivia, Katherine and Mark sat behind. Olivia was sitting in between Katherine and Mark. Mark was on a business call while Katherine, Olivia and Ryan were using their phones.

Katherine was on Instagram liking all her friends and followers photos. She decided to post the pictures that she took last night of herself on Instagram as well. She then moved onto Twitter and soon Tumblr. She was using all the social media apps on her phone.

Olivia was also using social media apps on her phone and was chatting with someone on whatsapp. Who was that person?

Ryan was looking at the photos of Katherine that he took. From spring to winter, from the west to the east, he took photos of her.

Robert was busy driving and was busy looking at Katherine with the rear mirror of his car.

They had reached the office within 20 minutes and followed Mark and Robert towards the entrance of the office. The place was the same. She walked went into the lifts and then walked into the corridors. At first they owned only 1 story of the office building but now they are the owners of the entire 34 story building. The corridors of the building was the same. She remembered everything. They went to the 30th floor. That floor was filled with the meeting rooms.
