the 2 toned haired boy blew out weed smoke as he sat in the break room of his job. he threw his head back against the couch and blew the smoke up in cool rings just to show off. the room was lit with dark green lighting while it was filled with smoke from loren and his coworkers passing a blunt around
"you guys heading to lights all night later or no?" his coworker asked their friend group if they were gonna head to a popular club in their area. the guy with the locs then took the blunt that loren reached to him and put it up to his lips to take a hit.
"i was." a girl with responded, chilling on the couch next to the other guy. she had beautiful darkskin and long straight hair with a bunch of colorful hair extensions.
"nah i'll pass." loren shook his head in somber.
"why? you never pass up lights all night!" the same girl whined
"give him a break, he's going through a lot right now." another girl chimed in, she had hair similar to loren's only the inside color of her hair was blue.
"please." the long haired girl begged her bestfriend, putting her hands together as if to plead him.
"maybe next time, just not tonight." he denied the offer again.
"ugh, loren you suck." she rolled her eyes
"yo." andre started laughing at his crush's words to their friend "chill."
"keiko, stop. loren if you need anything just let us know, okay?" chae said in a calm tone to the boy
"thanks chae, i'll be fine. i just need to sleep it off or sum, i dunno." he said, it had been a few weeks since rosè broke up with him and he wasn't taking it well at all. his life felt empty without her in it, but he had to let her go.
"you cant sleep off a break up, man. you gotta get out there and have some fun." andre explained
"i'm just not in the mood." loren exhaled
his friends were genuinely worried about loren, his depression had been getting really bad these past weeks and it seemed like he was starting to spiral again.
"instead of going to lights all night why don't we just have a sleepover! we can watch movies and have fun, just the four of us!" chae offered
