Sapnap notice Dream was blushing a little bit but also noticed the tears.

"Dream? Oh my God your back thank god!" Sapnap said hugging Dream more.

"H..huh? What do you mean I'm back I've been here the whole time?" Dream said quietly.

"You went emotionless for a moment, anyways we should get  your wonds cleaned up" Sapnap said pointing at Dreams arms.

Dream looked down, slowly getting up as Sapnap relased, he walked of to the bathroom and came back with banged arms.

"Dream do you know why you started to fell like that?" Sapnap asked quietly.

"No I just started to fell nothing for an unknown reason" Dream said still with some tears.

- Next day -

Sapnap woke up in Dreams arms they were cuddling super close, and so Sapnap was blushing alot.

"Moring cuddle bug" Dream whispered quietly into Sapnaps ear.

"Mmmm moring" Sapnap said straching out, hideing his face Dreams chest.

"Awh damn your adorble" Dream teased Sapnap.

"O..of course I am to you" Sapnap said quietly and kinda muffled.

Sapnaps mind: only if  you knew that I love you more then a friend.

Dream looked down  smiling at Sapnap as Sapnap cuddles closer to Dream.

Sapnap looked up at Dream after finishing his gay panic, Dream was ever so slightly blushing but it was unnoticeable.

Sapnap put his hand on Dreams thigh rubbing it lightly, Dream looked down at his hand placing his hand gently on Sapnaps hand.

"My isn't someone a bit touchy~?" Dream say lightly as his face heated up with a bit of blush.

"How can I not be when  your hot as hell" Sapnap said quilty blushing again.

"Does someone happen to some a crush on his bestfriend~?" Dream said quietly putting his forehead onto Sapnaps lightly.

Sapnap kissed Dream lightly, Dream didn't kiss back because he was a bit shocked. Sapnap broke it looking out the window.

"I wanna ruin our friendship..." Sapnap said quietly and nevorously.

Sapnap felt a warm hand on his cheek "Oh babyboy don't be embressed" Dream whispered kissing him deeply on the lips.

Sapnaps hand shot up around Dreams neck pulling him ontop of himself, as they went deeper, Dreams hands went up the soft fabric of Sapnaps shirt, sucking hard and quickly on Sapnaps tounge makeing him moan loudly but yet muffled, becoming like beasts hungry for one another's taste, not wanting to stop as they moved prostions yet agin with Sapnap on Dreams chest, Dream was still extremely dominant in the makeout session, As Sapnap sucked the tongue of Dream making him moan lightly. They soon broke apart breathing haveily.

"Yes.." Dream said in between breathing.

"Yes wha..what?" Sapnap said breathing heavily.

"I aggrie... we should be lovers instead" Dream said lightly tighing his grip on Sapnaps hips.

Sapnap just attacked Dreams neck giving him dark hickeys all over his neck as Dream did the same to Sapnaps neck aswell.

Gorge walked in to seeing them mark one another, Sapnap noticed biting  hard on a sentive  part of Dreams neck.

"Augh~! Sapnap" Dream moaned out in a minor pleaser.

"What the hell did I just walk in on?" Gorge said.

"You walked in on me marking my boyfriend" Sapnap said looking at Gorge with an annoyed look.

Gorge looked heart broke as he ran out of the dorm.

"Mmm wanna take this a little faster babe" Sapnap said pawing at Dreams dick.

"Nugh~! Mmm sure baby" Dream moaned out.
