A few hours later
Ross:(driving looking around for Laura) Where is she?
Rydel: Don't worry Ross. We'll find her
Ross: I'm sorry Delly. I made you lose the chance of having a sister again
Rydel: It's okay Ross. We'll find her soon though
Ross:(nods)
Rydel:(get's a call) Hello?.. What!?.. Okay we're on our way! (hangs up)
Ross: What is it?
Rydel: Drive us to girls orphanage now!
Ross: Okay! (drives to the orphanage)
At the orphanage
Stormie: Laura, why are you coming back here?
Laura: I don't belong in your family. So I'm coming back here to get adopted again
Mark: You can't do that Laura. We legally own you now. You're ours
Laura: I can't go back. Not after what Ross said. He hurt me bad
Stormie: I know he did sweetie but he's really sorry about it. When he read the note he was crying his eyes out bc he kept thinking it was his fault
Laura: What if it is?
Mark: Laura, Ross has changed really. He's not a jerk anymore. He's really sorry
Laura:(sighs) Whatever, you can go now. I'm not leaving
Heather:(walks in) Yes you are Laura
Laura: why?
Heather: They adopted you. You need papers to not be adopted
Laura:(sighs) But--
Heather: No but's Laura. I'm sorry but you'll have to go back with them
Stormie:(smiles) Thank you
Heather:(nods and walks away)
Laura: Fine then. I'll leave but I'm not going back to your house
Mark:(sighs) Laura, why do you have to be so stubborn?
Laura: Listen. Ross hates me and he hurt me really bad. I just can't
???: Please come back Laura
Laura:(looks) Ross? Rydel?
Ross & Rydel:(walks in)
Ross: Laura I'm really sorry. I never meant for this to happen. I changed, I really have. Please believe me. I'm really sorry
Laura:(sighs) Ross I--
Rydel: Laura please believe him. Please trust my brother. He's telling the truth
Laura: But--
Rydel: Would I ever lie to you?
Laura:(sighs)
Rydel: Well?
Laura: No... but it still doesn't make up from what he said
Ross: I'm sorry. That was the jerk part of me and that will never happen again. Please Laura. I'm really sorry
Laura:(looks in his eyes sees hope and guilt and sadness all in one) (sighs) Okay. (weak smiles) I forgive you
Ross: You do? (smiles)
Larua:(smiles) Yeah. I do
Ross:(smiles)
Laura:(pulls him in a hug)
Ross:(shocked but hugs back)
Rydel, Stormie & Mark:(smiles)
Rydel: Awe! (takes a picture)
Ross & Laura:(pulls away smiling)
Ross: I'm really sorry Laura
Laura:(nods) I know you are. It's okay
Ross:(smiles)
Stormie: Come on kids, let's go home
everyone:(gets in the car and drives on home)
