everyone: What?

Ross: Can't you see it? She has all the signs of the disease that Julie had, some that I didn't even know

Rydel: Ross no

Ross: What if it is? (tears up) What if she's gonna be like Julie?

Stormie:(hugs him) Let's hope for the best Ross

Ross:(sighs hugging back)

Riker: I bet she's fine

doctor:(walks out)

Mark: Is she alright?

doctor: She needs to go to the hospital ASAP

Rocky: Is she okay?

doctor:(shakes his head) She has illoxtic flu *made up*

Stormie: Can you please tell us what happens?

doctor:(nods) Certainly. So first of all it starts out as a normal flu. (sneezing, coughing, throwup etc) Then it get's worse. They lose colour, they turn all pale, more dizzy, your bones start aching, faint and you may get a seizure. Her life is on the line from this disease. There is a 20% chance of her living. She could die

Ross:(storms out)

Riker: Ross (about to go after him)

Mark:(stops him) Let him be

Riker:(nods)

Rocky: Thanks doctor

doctor:(nods) The paramedics will be here right away

Mark:(nods) Thank you

doctor: My pleasure (walks out)

Stormie:(sighs) Riker, go get your brother please

Riker:(nods and walks away)

Stormie:(sighs resting her head on Mark's shoulder)

Mark:(hugs her) It's gonna be alright

Stormie:(nods)

With Riker

Riker:(looks for Ross) Ross!? Ross! (sees him in his old tree house) (goes up) hey

Ross: Oh hey

Riker:(sits with him) Are you okay?

Ross:(shakes his head) I can't lose Laura. I already lost one sister and best friend, I can't lose another

Riker: Then don't think that. You know Laura's strong and she's gonna fight through this

Ross: So was Julie and looked what happened to her. She died and pretty soon Laura will too

Riker: Is it just about your friendship? Isn't there anything else?

Ross: Huh?

Riker: Ross, do you like her?

Ross:(shake shis head) No, of course not

Riker:(looks at him) Ross

Ross:(sighs) Maybe a little but it's not the point now. The point is, is that Laura could die and I'll never forgive myself

Riker: You know it's not your fault

Ross: I know but it just feels like whenever I'm in someone's life they start to get bad news to them

Riker: What about your family? Nothing bad has ever happened to us

Ross: Oh yeah? Mom got fired from her job, dad got in a car accident, Rydel got her hreat broken, Rocky broke his leg, Ryland lost his pet guinea pig, you were also in a car accident, Julie's dead and soon Laura will too

Riker: Ross, don't think of yourself as bad luck

Ross: But I am. I cause people tragedies

Riker: So? What about all those great times

Ross: What great times?

Riker: See. You're missing the whole picture. Mom got a new job, dad is fine, Rydel isn't heart broken, Rocky is all better, Ryland is okay and I'm okay too. You were always by our sides when this happened

Ross: What about Julie & Laura?

Riker: Julie was just ready to die. It wasn't your fault. You gave her the greatest moments of her life, she would've wanted you to fulfill your life. Make a use of it. she wants you to be happy

Ross: And Laura?

Riker: Laura's been in pretty bad shape. She's been abused and she's been in a orphanage for 4 years. This is just another thing Laura can list on her bad times but you will be on her good times list. You'll give her the best times of her life if she dies or not. You make everyone smile and that's one of your specialties

Ross:(smiles) Really?

Riker:(smiles) Yeah. You're a great kid Ross. You are not a bad luck but a good luck. Don't let this affect of who you are today. Just live your life

Ross: Thanks Riker, that's really good advice

Riker: Thanks. I got some of that from a fortune cookie

Ross:(chuckles)

Riker: But no matter. You should follow what I said

Ross:(nods) Okay. I will (smiles)

Riker: Good, now let's get down from here. The paramedics are almost here to get Laura

Ross:(nods)

Riker & Ross:(get's down)

Ross: Oh and Riker

Riker: Yeah?

Ross: Please don't tell the others that I like Laura

Riker:(smiles) Oh Ross. You know I can't do that (walks further up from him)

Ross: Riker!

Riker:(smiles) I can't keep secrets from Rydel and I know she's gonna blab about them

Ross:(sighs) Oh whatever

Riker:(smiles) Don't worry. No one is gonna laugh at you. They're your siblings

Ross:(nods)

Ambulance speeds in

2 paramedics:(runs out with a stretcher in their hands running in the house)

Ross & Riker:(looks at eachother)

2 paramedics:(comes out carrying Laura)

Ross: Laura (walks up to them) Is she gonna be okay?

paramedic #1: We're not sure buddy. We saw her have a tiny a seizure

Ross:(sighs)

2 paramedics:(put Laura in the ambulance joining her)

Ambulance drives away

Ross:(sighs) Deh javo

Riker: I know right

everyone:(walks out)

mark: Come on Riker & Ross. We got to go to the hospital

Ross & Riker:(get in the car)

Mark:(drives them all to the hospital)
