The Next Morning
Laura:(walks down seeing Mark & Stormie) Morning (pours herself some orange juice)
Stormie: Morning Laura
Laura: Where's the rest of this crazy family?
Mark: They were really tuckered out from their performance last night
Laura:(nods) I'm gonna check up on them (goes upstairs and walks in Riker's room seeing him asleep cuddling to his pillow) (silently giggles and checks the rest of the Lynch's seeing them asleep) (opens Ross's room and sees him sitting at his desk drawing something) Ross?
Ross:(looks at her) Oh hey (Smiles)
Laura:(smiles and walks in shutting the door behind her and sits down on his bed) Why are you up so early?
Ross: I can ask you the same question
Laura: You know me, I like waking up early
Ross: True
Laura: Now it's your turn to explain
Ross: Couldn't really sleep
Laura: Well you guys did really good at that performance
Ross:(smiles looking at her) Thanks (sits next to her)
Laura: What are you doing now?
Ross: Just adding some things to the drawing that represents you
Laura: Can I see?
Ross: Well......
Laura: Don't worry Ross, I won't laugh
Ross: You promise?
Laura: Cross my heart
Ross:(thinks) (sighs) Okay then (walks over to his desk grabbing the drawing and shows her)
Laura:(looks at it and smiles) It's beautiful Ross
Ross: You're just saying that
Laura:(looks at him) I'm serious though, it's amazing
Ross: Yeah but no where near as good as yours
Laura: I highly doubt that
Ross:(smiles) Thanks Laura
Laura: No problem (hands him his drawing back and stands up holding her hand out for him)
Ross:(looks at her) What?
Laura: Come on, we're gonna eat breakfast
Ross:(smiles) Okay (takes her hand and stands up)
Laura:(smiles)
Ross:(puts his drawing on his bed and walks out of his room with Laura and goes downstairs and eats with his parents)
A little while later
Ross:(in his room changing)
Laura:(knocks on his door) Ross?
Ross: Come in (puts his shirt on)
Laura:(walks in) Hey, you wanna come to the movies with me?
Ross:(smiles) Really?
Laura:(nods) And besides, there is a get to know Laura more thing on your list
Ross: There is? (takes the list looking at it)
Laura:(giggles) Jk
Ross:(looks at her) Not cool
Laura:(smiles) I know, I'm awesome. So you wanna wanna?
Ross:(chuckles) Sure, I'll meet you down
Laura:(nods and walks down)
Ross:(grabs the list and checks the performance off) (grabs his phone and his wallet and walks down to see Laura waiting for him) Let's go
Laura:(looks at him and smiles) Okay
Ross & Laura:(gets in Ross's car and drives to the movies)
After the movies
Ross & Laura:(walk out of the theatre)
Laura: That was a nice movie
Ross:(nods) Nice choice
Laura:(nods) Really good one
Ross: So what do we do now?
Laura:(thinks) You wanna come to the record store with me?
Ross:(smiles) Sure
Laura:(Smiles) Let's go then
Ross & Laura:(get in the car and drive to the record store)
Ross: I didn't know you liked old songs
Laura: Are you kidding? I love them, so old school yet so good at the same time
Ross:(nods) Yeah
Laura: So since when did you like old time music?
Ross: A long time actually
Laura: Oh cool, I never knew
Ross: Well it's just one of my layers
Laura:(giggles shaking her head) Whatever
A little while later
Ross & Laura:(checking out records)
Ross:(flipping through a box)
Laura:(flipping through a box and finds a really good song) Ross come here (gestures him to come over to her) (puts it on the record player and takes a set of head phone's putting it close to her ear) (smiles listening to it)
Ross:(Walks up to her) Yeah Laur?
Laura: Listen to this (puts it close to his ear so it's in the middle between them)
Ross:(listens to it) Oh man, I love this song!
Laura:(smiles) So do I
Ross & Laura:(just stand there listening to the whole song)
Ross: Let's go look for more
Laura:(nods)
Ross & Laura:(look through boxes till their hands touch together) (They stop and just stare at their hands)
Ross:(slowly looks at Laura)
Laura:(slowly looks at Ross)
Ross & Laura:(just stare at each other)
Laura:(snaps out of it and takes her hand away from Ross looking away blushing a lot)
Ross:(Does the same)
