Luke:
"Luke, you love me right?" You asked tentatively walking into his bedroom.
"Yea, why?" Luke looked up from tuning is gutair.
"Wellllllllll," you tried to approach the subject in a way that would make sure Luke didn't shoot you down right away.
"What do you want Y/N?" Luke chuckled going back to tuning the strings.
"A puppy," you confessed pouting.
"Y/N-," Luke started but you interrupted him.
"Wait before you say no, look at his face," you showed him a picture of the dog from the shelter, "he's already house trained but his owner died and their family couldn't take care of him."
"Y/N-."
"His name is Porker and he's a beagle mix and please please please!" You begged falling to your knees.
"If you had let me finish earlier I could've told you, I was thinking about getting a dog before you brought it up, so yes," Luke raised an eyebrow.
"Whoops sorry," you said sheepishly as Luke stood up and put his gutair back on the stand.
"Well go get your coat," Luke shoved on his shoes and began heading toward the stairs.
"What? Why?" You asked dumbly not believing what he was about to say.
"We're going to the shelter," Luke laughed at your shock.
"Wow sorry this is a lot I was sure you were going to say no," you stood up and followed behind him.
"That's not true," Luke laughed, "you wouldn't have asked if there was a 100% chance I was going to say no."
"Hey it never hurts," you stepped into your converse.
"Whatever you say, and do you know why the dog is called porker?" He asked, clearly confused.
"Because he eats like a pig, it said so in the description," you laughed when Luke's face twisted in disgust.
"Lovely."
"Hey pigs are supposed to make great pets," you defended, "and they're supposed to be very clean."
"Whatever we are NOT getting a pig either way," Luke classified with a tone of finality.
"Duh, but we are getting a dog so move," you said excitedly pushing Luke out the door.
"Ok ok slow down," Luke stumbled.
"No."
Michael:
"MICHAEL GET UP GET UP!" You screamed excitedly while jumping all around him on his bed.
"What Y/N? What's going on?" He sat up tiredly.
"ITS CHRISTMAS GET UPPPPPP!" You squealed in excitement before jumping off of the bed and pulling on his arm.
"Ok ok, I'm coming," he laughed letting you practically drag him down the stairs, "you're really excited huh?"
"YUP CHRISTMAS IS LIKE MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY EVER AND DONT SAY IM BEING CHILDISH BECAUSE EVERYONE RELEASES THEIR INNER CHILD ON CHRISTMAS!" You lectured him as you walked down the hallway approaching the tree.
"I wasn't going to say anything, but shouldn't we eat first?" Michael asked and you froze in shock and disbelief, how could he think of food at a time like this.
"Michael you eat at least 3 times a day 365 days a year how many times can you open Christmas presents?" You asked slowly turning to face him.
"But-," Michael stopped when he saw your face and your crossed arms, "fine."
"YAY! LETS DO THIS!" You ran into the living room where all of the presents were,
"Alright but I left one of your presents in my room I'm going to go grab it," Michael said rather suspiciously. You narrowed your eye but nodded.
"Alright Clifford, but hurry up," you turned back to the tree.
"Ya know your last name is Clifford too you can't keep calling me that," Michael said as he walked back up towards his room.
"WATCH ME CLIFFORD!" You yelled back sorting the presents under the tree, into a pile for you and one for Michael.
"Ya know that was really sassy for someone who wants to open anything," he teased.
"Whatever, those are yours," you pointed to the stack next to you.
"Open this one first, Michael held out a large box rather carefully.
"Why?" You asked eyeing the present curiously.
"Because I said so," Michael smirked and you gave him a weird look but tore open the paper anyway.
Underneath the paper was a box with holes cut in the top. As soon as the paper was off it started to make cut little noises.
"You didn't," you turned to look at him, but he just smiled and gestured for you to open the box. With shaking hands you peeled back the flaps on the box and peeked inside.
"OHMYGOS OHMYGOSH YOU DID! I LOVE YOU!" You tackled Michael into a hug nearly causing him to fall over.
"Aren't you going to take her out?" Michael asked and you turned you attention back to the box but the small orange and white kitten had already climbed out and was exploring the room.
"Looks like she beat me to it," you laughed.
A/N- Hey thanks for reading and voting and commenting and being awesome!
Ashton:
Today was the day! You were so excited that you barely slept, and who could blame you? It wasn't everyday that you got a new pet. Ashton had felt bad about leaving you for so long to go on tour and wanted to get you a pet so that you would have something to keep you company. You wanted a snake, but Ashton was not down with that and was somewhere more along the lines of a puppy, so you two decided to go to the shelter and see what spoke to you. Squealing, you quickly went through your morning routine and rushed downstairs to wait for Ashton. He usually went to work out in the mornings and today was no exception. Disappointed that he was taking so long you sat down to eat breakfast and watch some celebrity gossip show.
"WOOO YEA YOU GO SHAWN!" You hooted along to the live performance when the door opened.
"Y/N? What are you watching? Ashton asked walking in with Luke.
"Nothing," you smiled turning off the TV quickly, "why is he here?"
"He's coming with he got really excited when I told him that we were going to the shelter today," Ashton explained.
"Who would pass up a chance to go see some animals?" Luke scoffed, "And why won't you tell us what you were yelling about?"
"I don't know what you're talking about, but LETS GOOOOO!" You launched yourself up onto your feet and tried to drag the two enormous boys out the door.
"That's cute, but we're not leaving until you tell us," Ashton crossed his arms, and you grumbled pulling out your phone and looking up the video of the performance on YouTube.
"I was enjoying Shawn Mendes angelic voice, you happy?" You asked shoving the screen next to Ashtons face.
"Riiiight, his MUSIC," Luke laughed looking at the video.
"Are we going or not?" You asked trying to stop the blood from rushing to your cheeks.
"OHMYGOSH Ashton look she's blushing," Luke cooed.
"Shut up," you whined burying your face in your hands.
"Alright alright, we've tortured her enough, let's get this show on the road," Ashton chuckled finally heading out the door.
"SHOTGUN!" You yelled running past Luke who swore behind you.
"NO FAIR!" He complained trying to catch up.
"Life isn't fair Hemmings," you laughed climbing in the front seat and closing the door.
"You really suck," Luke whined climbing in the backseat.
"Did you just?-" You turned to look at Luke and he seemed to be very proud of himself.
"Does everybody have their seat-belts on?" Ashton asked as he climbed into the drivers seat.
"Yup," Luke chirped.
"Yes," you sighed, you were kinda tired of Ashtons over-protectiveness.
"Hey be nice," Luke scolded you as the car pulled out of the driveway.
"Did I say anything not nice?" You raised your eyebrows and turned to look at him.
"Well no but-."
"Then there isn't a problem," you turned back to look out the windshield.
"Salty," Ashton laughed, "you both need to calm down."
"He started it!" You whined.
"What are we in? Year three?" Luke scoffed.
"Like YOUR one to call me immature," you snorted not even bothering to look at him.
"THAT'S ENOUGH NO MORE TALKING TILL WE GET THERE!" Ashton yelled clearly annoyed by the petty argument.
"Fine," you and Luke said at the same time and glared at each-other.
One very tense car-ride later the three of you arrived at the shelter. You jumped out of the car, and Luke hit you with his door 'accidentally' causing you to shove 'accidentally' walk on the back of his shoe, and Ashton to 'accidentally' hit the both of you upside the head. This being said, as soon as you walked through the doors you and Luke were so happy you both forgot why you were mad in the first place.
"Look at that one!" You squealed pointing to a rather large boa constrictor in a large glass tank.
"No, look at that these!" Luke started walking towards a cage full of dwarf hamsters.
"Would the both of you come look at the dogs?" Ashton huffed dragging you farther into the shelter.
"That one is pretty cute," you admitted looking at the small brown puppy Ashton paused by.
"Yea, but that one has already been reserved, look," Luke pointed to a bright orange tag on the cage.
"Fine what about that one?" Ashton pulled you down to the next cage where another puppy resided.
"It's cute but do we have to get a dog?" You pouted.
"Yea do you have to get a dog?" Luke pouted.
"Ok, here's the rules," Ashton started, "no reptiles, no amphibians, nothing huge, and nothing that can eat me," Ashton sighed.
"Fine, we'll meet you at the front in 15 minutes," you smiled grabbing Lukes arm and pulling him back towards the snakes.
"Y/N Ashton said no reptiles," Luke scolded, pulling you back towards the hamsters.
"Fine, but I say no hamsters," you kept moving down the isles.
"What abouuuuuuuut a rat?" Luke asked as you passed a few.
"No, I don't like the tails," you shivered continuing to move.
"What about a bird?" Luke offered as you past the cages.
"Hmmmmmm, that could work," you stopped and looked at the parakeets in front of you. They were no snake of course, but still a solid second choice.
"They're so cuuuuute!" Luke cooed making faces at them.
"Okay, let's get a budgie," you giggled and Luke nodded, still admiring them in the cage.
"Come on out fifteen minutes are up we have to go tell Ashton," Luke pulled you away from the cage and carried you to the front door where Ashton was already waiting.
"What are you two doing?" Ashton raised an eyebrow at your horseplay.
"Ashton can we get a budgie?" You pouted.
"You mean like the bird?" He asked as Luke set you back down.
"Yea they're so cool! And I followed all of your rules," you begged.
"Pleaaaaase!" Luke added for effect.
"Fine, better than a snake at least, let me go find a worker," Ashton left the two of you at the door.
"He said yes!" You squealed jumping up and down.
"YAY!" Luke mimicked you and you lightly hit him on the shoulder.
"Why don't you get something?" You nudged him already bored.
"Because I wouldn't be able to take care of it?" Luke looked at you like you were an idiot.
"No need to be rude," you frowned turning away.
"Like you're one to talk," Luke rolled his eyes and crossed his arms.
"I was gone for five minutes and you two are already fighting," Ashton returned, with a carton in his hand.
"That was fast, how did you pick one so fast? And do the paperwork?" You asked following behind him as you exited the building.
"I already started it while you two were gone, and it was the tamest one they had," Ashton explained gently handing the box to you so he could drive.
"Oh, ok," you set the carton on your lap and got in the car, buckling your seatbelt as Ashton pulled out into traffic.
After a few minutes you were approaching the house, but Ashton drove right past continuing down the road.
"ASHTON YOU MISSED THE TURN!" Luke announced, his face pressed to the window.
"Stop backseat driving, we're going to the pet store for supplies," Ashton explained, keeping his eyes on the road.
"Ugh, you mean I have to deal with HIM for even longer?" You complained, collapsing against your seat.
"Yup, I guess you'll both have to get along," Ashton shrugged.
"Great."
A/N- Why did that one end up so loooooooooong?
Calum: A/N- I almost did another Michael whoops!
"CALUM! DOOR!" You yelled, eyes glued to the cards carefully stacked in front of you.
"I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING!" Calum screeched down from his room and you rolled your eyes.
"FINE I'LL GET IT!" You yelled, not at all happy, "I HOPE IT ISN'T A KIDNAPPER, OR A MURDERER, OR-," but you were interrupted by Calum rushing down the stairs and opening the door.
"ITS NOT A MURDERER IT'S A DOG!" He yelled, you rushed over in surprise.
"How could a dog knock on the door?" You asked, walking up next to him.
"I don't know, maybe it's a smart dog?" Calum shrugged.
"Well check to see if it has a collar with tags," you elbowed him.
"You do it," Calum crossed his arms.
"No, what if it has rabies? Or fleas?" Your eyes widened in horror.
"You're irritating, you know that?" Calum asked, bending down and checking.
"What does it say?" You asked impatient as he squinted at the tag around it's neck.
"It says, 'I need a good home, my name is Bear'," Calum stood up, and grabbed the small dog, cradling it in his arms.
"We can't just keep a random dog off the street," you widened your eyes as Calum closed the door.
"Why? He needs a good home," Calum said to you, but he was facing the dog, letting it lick him.
"But, but I mean," you could feel your resolve melting as the little dog turned to look at you, and Calum handed him over. You couldn't help but coo at he adorable little dog, scratching the top of his head.
"But what?" Calum asked, amused at your reaction.
"Fine, but we are gonna need stuff to take care of him, and you have to get him registered because you can't just take him in, we need a licence," you explained, petting Bear.
"Done, I'll go get the licence with Bear, you head to the pet store," Calum slipped on his shoes and began to head out the door.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" You laughed, holding the dog up in your arms.
"Right," Calum turned around and grabbed Bear from your arms then left the house.
"HES GOING ON TOUR IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW I HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE DOG!" You screeched nearly falling over with the realization.
"Well played Hood, well played," you sighed, heading out the the pet shop.
A/N- sorry it's kinda short I tried to balance it out so that this chapter wouldn't be outrageously long with the Ashton one... BUT I WROTE A WHOLE CHAPTER IN ONE DAY!
