Ashton:
You were home alone for a few hours while your mum went out to run errands with Lauren, and Harry was at a friends house. Ashton had left earlier that morning to hang out with his friend's leaving you to your own devices. You immediately put your hair up in a messy bun, threw on some pajamas and settled in front of the TV. After a few hours of YouTube and daytime TV you were bored out of your mind. Naturally, you decided turn music on full blast and dance around the house, forgetting that Ashton was supposed to be home any minute.
"SHE LOOKS SO PERFECT STANDING THERE IN MY AMERICAN APPAREL UNDERWEAR!!!" You screamed along to the obnoxiously loud song while air gutairing. You were so into the music that you didn't hear the door open or the heavy footsteps approach the living room. No, you stood there violently singing along to SLSP completely naive to your observers.
Glancing up your heart almost stopped in surprise when your eyes were met by 3 confused looking boys and your older brother. You blushed and turned the music off, embarrassed by the horrible dancing and off-key singing. You debated making a run for your room to save yourself the embarrassment of talking to the new people, but Ashton reading your mind shuffled over to block the door. Sending him a glare, you re-evaluated your options and decided that introducing yourself, then leaving as soon as the coast was clear was the next best plan, since the boys in front of you seemed to have no problem standing looking at you with surprise.
You mustered up some courage and broke the awkward silence, "My name is Y/N, nice to meet you," you said with a small smile and wave, blushing fiercely.
Ashton looked amused at your discomfort, but must have decided he had tortured you enough as he began to speak too, "Y/N, I want you to meet my band-mates Luke, Michael, and Calum," he said pointing to each of the boys next to him. This seemed to snap them out of their surprise, and they smiled at you.
"Sorry about that," Luke shrugged his shoulders, "Ashton didn't tell us you would be here, and it caught us off guard to see you like that, you're just so Ashton-y." The other boys nodded in agreement as Ashton studied you carefully, as if to look for your similarities.
"Well, I don't exactly know what Ashton-y means, but thank you? He didn't tell me you would be here either!" You gestured to your outfit and sent Ashton a pointed glare he shrugged off.
All of a sudden the song came back on louder than before, and you jumped in surprise. Looking over you saw Calum next to your phone trying to break through your password.
When he felt the stares on him he looked over and shrugged, "I like this song," he said singing and dancing along. Soon Michael jumped in along with Ashton who pulled Luke into it by screaming in his ear. Silently laughing at the scene in front of you, couldn't help but join in the shenanigans with Michael in back to back air-gutairing.
A/N sorry it's short... and crappy
Calum:
You woke up to a mouth-watering aroma drifting up the stairs to your room from the kitchen, bolting up from your pillows you followed the smell down and saw Calum making french toast. Smiling you sat down at the counter content with watching him cook.
After a few minutes Calum turned around to put the food on plates and saw you sitting there, shrieking he almost dropped the plate, "Y/N don't do that! When did you get there anyway?"
"A few minutes ago," you shrugged grabbing a few pieces of toast and covering them in syrup.
Calum looked at you shell-shocked, but soon began eating as well, "Today I have to go to the studio, I might not be home till later," he explained, between mouthfuls of food. You nodded in understanding as your mouth was too full to talk. "I was also thinking of having some friends over for dinner, are you okay with that?" He carefully asked. You rolled your eyes at his over-protectiveness and nodded, managing to add a grunt in approval. Calum grinned at you, inhaled the rest of his breakfast, kissed the top of your head, and was out the door before you were able to finish.
Without Calum being home your day was less than exciting, after you finished eating you changed, watched a little TV, texted your best friend, and read a book you found to pass the afternoon, each activity you feel more lethargic. It came to the point where you couldn't stand to even keep your eyes open anymore. Using the last of your willpower you climbed up the stairs to your bedroom, collapsing face first on your pillow.
"Y/N COME DOWN HERE I WANT YOU TO MEET SOME PEOPLE!" Calum yelled up the stairs waking you up from your nap.
"NEW PEOPLE? I LOVE NEW PEOPLE!" You yelled back down, your laziness from earlier had turned into raw energy and happiness. Jumping up you wiped the drool from your face, flattened your hair, and ran down the stairs full speed, falling on your butt half-way down. Groaning, you stood up and carefully but quickly descended the rest of the way.
Turning down the hallway you saw a tuft of bright red hair behind Calum on the porch. Squealing in joy you ran up and jumped on Calums back to get a better view of the visitors, while Calum almost fell over. "Hi I'm Y/N nice to meet you," you said slightly more calm as Calum lowered you to the ground, immediately recognizing them as the rest of 5sos.
"Y/N meet my ba-," Calum started before you cut him off.
"I know who they are," you scoffed walking around Calum to be greeted by four amused boys. Your energy level skyrocketed again as you quickly ran up and hugged Luke who screamed in surprise, laughing you ran back into the house, leaving behind a very confused band.
You fell again turning the corner and promised yourself to never wear socks on the hardwood again. Whatever had possessed you to be so energetic before was long gone, and you decided that another nap was in order right there on the floor. Calum must have heard you and thought you were injured because he ran inside, his friends right behind him, and began panicking when he saw you sprawled out in the middle of the hallway.
"Y/N are you okay?" He asked worriedly. You just sat up and nodded, stretching your arms up like a small child. "Tired already?" He pulled you up to your feet while the other three watched confused at your change of moods.
"I swear I was high off of that nap," you explained resting your head on his shoulder.
"High on a nap?" Ashton asked looking very confused, you nodded and yawned, stretching to try and wake up. Your stomach growled loudly and you blushed a little in embarrassment.
"But I'm never too tired to eat," you grinned rubbing your stomach as the others laughed, "Calum what are we having for dinner?" You asked turning to look up at him.
"We-," He began before getting interrupted again, "PIZZA!" Michael enthusiastically exclaimed while Calum looked less than pleased to be interrupted again, you giggled at his face.
"That reminds me, Y/N what was that crashing sound earlier?" Calum asked looking concerned.
"I fell down the stairs." You unconsciously winced at the memory.
"WHAT?!?" Calum exclaimed, you were about to assure him you were fine, but the doorbell rang, causing everyone to turn.
"PIZZA!" Luke and Michael went running towards the door, you following behind.
You went to turn the corner but forgot about your traction problem again, and fell on your butt for a third time.
"Dammit," you muttered standing back up.
Luke:
It was mid-afternoon, but you were still asleep. Last night you and Luke had an intense midnight pillow fight leaving you exhausted. You had practically gone comatose after the final siege, forcing Luke to carry you from the couch up to your room. To be honest you being asleep at 2:00 pm wasn't all that unusual as your sleeping patterns were rather nocturnal. This meant that Luke didn't feel guilty at all leaving you in the morning to go to work without waking you up, since it was nearly impossible and frankly dangerous, instead leaving a note on the fridge where he knew you would see it if you got up due to hunger before he got home.
(3rd POV)
"Luke, you have a sister AND YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TELLING US?" Calum screamed, Luke was unprepared for the verbal assault and he flinched, causing the car to swerve.
"Well, to be fair I just found out myself," Luke explained, driving back onto the road.
"Is that why you've been ditching us?" Michael pouted.
"Yea, sorry about that," Luke winced.
"This is a shock, when can we meet her?" Ashton looked up from his phone.
"Well, we're heading to mine right now and she's there, so I would say about 20 minutes," Luke glanced down at the clock.
"What's she like?" Calum asked.
"She sleeps a lot for sure," Luke chuckled to himself.
"Does she look more like you or Liz?" Calum pressed.
"Well I wou-," Luke is cut off by a very excited Michael.
"Don't answer, we should guess," Michael grinned. Luke looked mildly irritated at the interruption but smirked, knowing that the boys would never be able to guess what you looked like, as you had recently dyed your hair a lime green, and gotten an eyebrow bar.
"Hmmmmmm, I'm going with tall, medium blonde, dark blue eyes," Calum guessed.
"No, she'd have brown eyes and hair, and be tall," Michael squinted as if he could see her.
"You're both way off, she'd be his total opposite, some kind of crazy hair, and short, with the family blue eyes," Ashton scrolled through his phone.
"Puh-lease, this is a Hemmings, she's gonna be all cute, and definitely tall," Michael scoffed.
"Yeah, Luke tell Ashton he's way off," Calum turned to look at the quiet blonde.
"I guess you'll just have to come in and see," Luke shrugged, even though he was totally creeped out at Ashton's accuracy. Luke unlocked the door, and Calum and Michael ran in with Ashton quietly following behind them.
Luke gave Ashton a knowing look, which was returned by a mischievous wink, making it obvious he had cheated. looking around, all of the boys but Luke were surprised that she wasn't awake yet. Luke climbed up the stairs, closely followed by his band mates, and walked into his little sisters room without a second thought.
(Your POV)
"You happy, you were all wrong," your brothers voice grumbled.
"No, I was right," a boys voice commented.
"Maybe Ashton was right on the hair, but I still say she has brown eyes," another voice chimed in.
"Well, good luck getting her to open them," Luke laughed, you mentally rolled your eyes, you weren't THAT hard to wake up.
"It's easy watch," another boy said, you wondered how many people were in your room disrupting your sleep. All of a sudden somebody screamed in your ear, but you were immune, and just rolled over grumbling.
"Told ya," Luke said unimpressed.
"Well you wake her up then she's your sister," one of them mumbled obviously pouting because you didn't get up.
"Is it necessary?" Luke sighed, almost making you to laugh.
"YES!" Two of them yelled at the same time, you mentally cackled, if they were going to mess with you, you were going to return the favor.
You heard Luke sigh again as he reached over and pulled the blankets off of you, he then lifted under your arms and pulled you into an upright position, but you stayed limp, letting your head droop forward. You felt one of the other boys approach you, so you threw your head up, opened your eyes, and screamed, "BOO," at the top of your lungs. All three boys in front of you to shrieked and fell over, even Luke to flinched. Smirking in satisfaction you stuck your hand out to the nearest boy with bright red hair, "Hi, I'm Y/N nice to meet you," you said sickly sweet.
"Michael," the other one muttered squinting into your eyes, as you pulled him up, "NOOOOOOOOO she has blue eyes," he screeched collapsing back on your bed.
"What?" You asked confused, but quickly shook your head, "I don't even want to know," you announced leaving the room.
Michael: (A/N WOOOOOO I HAVE NO IDEAS I'M LITERALLY GOING TO MAKE SOMETHING UP AS I GO)
You were up early as always, this was a quality you had unlike your brother, you preferred to live life on a careful schedule, which means even though you aren't in school you still got up at 6:00 am as if you were. Michael had told you yesterday that he was supposed to get up and go to the studio in the morning, but you didn't want to be the one to wake him, and sincerely hoped that his alarms would do the job. Sitting at the kitchen table you stirred your coffee and sighed in contentment, it was one of the few quiet times in the house, Michael, not used to have anyone else in the house with him was constantly making noise, meaning you were constantly trying to block it out. You loved your brother, but you were a quiet only child raised by your grandmother, so you weren't used to the noise, or the smell, or the mess. (Just thinking about Michael's room made you visibly cringe.)
Settling down on the couch, you turned the TV on, and began to watch the morning news, finding that even though you weren't used to it you began to need some kind of white noise in the background, a byproduct of your time here. Pulling your book off of the end-table you began to read, and relax, enjoying the alone-time. Soon enough you were pulled out of the story by your stomachs protests, sighing you carefully replaced the bookmark, and went into the kitchen to make yourself some toast. Putting the bread in the toaster you heard the front open, but figured it was just Michael leaving, and you hadn't heard him get up while you were reading. Then you heard loud talking and footsteps make their way into the hallway and you froze, wide eyed, the heavy footsteps, and male voices seemed to be splitting around, finding different parts of the house. You heard a set make their way to the bathroom, into the living room, and to your horror, there was one headed towards you. Cursing silently you crouched under the island, and sat away from the door, hoping that the intruder would simply walk away when they realized there was nothing in the kitchen to steal.
"Guys, since when does Michael read?" You heard a boy yell from the living room. Wait, these people knew your brother? Sighing in relief you calmed down, they were probably his band-mates, Michael mentioned before that they were known to stop by unannounced.
Just then you heard your toast pop up, and decided it was now or never. Standing up, you collected your toast, and began to walk out of the kitchen, hoping to avoid the wide-eyed boy, you recognized as Calum standing on the other side of the island. Keeping your head down, you were almost to the door when he spoke, "Wait, are you Michael's sister?" He asked.
You didn't turn around, but nodded, continuing on your quest to the stairs, hoping to hide in your room and avoid meeting anyone new. Quickly turning down the hallway you walked into the living room and grabbed your book from a blonde boy who was very obviously tall, even when sitting down, clearly Luke. He looked confused, but didn't seem to process your presence until you were already gone. You sucked in a breath as you heard the sink in the bathroom stop, you would have to pass the bathroom door to get to the stairs, and knew that if Ashton came out before you got there he would be blocking your path. You picked up the pace and was halfway to the door when it opened, unable to stop yourself, you ended up falling down on top of a surprised Ashton landing in a heap on the floor. Groaning, you went to stand up, but one of his arms was in the way, and he seemed to be too dazed to move it. Hearing multiple sets of footsteps coming, you froze, as if it would help you disappear.
Calum and Luke instantly appeared, and burst into laughter, Calum even taking a picture before running off muttering to himself that he was going to post it on Instagram. Luke, took pity and moved to help you, but when he heard Michael coming down the stairs, left with a quiet squeal. Michael came down the stairs in his pajamas, when he saw you on top of Ashton he went from worried to confused, "What's going on down here?" He asked nobody in particular. Then, as if he realized the compromising position you were both in, began screaming, "ASHTON WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY SISTER? OH GOD! GET OFF!" The screaming snapped Ashton from his daze as he instantly let go, and you both scrambled to your feet.
"Michael I-," Ashton tried to explain, but Michael was still yelling, growing red in the face.
"I COME DOWN THE STAIRS TO SEE MY BANDMATE ON TOP OF MY SISTER!" He yelled causing you to flush red, which he quickly noticed, and used to fuel his rage. "WHAT WERE YOU DOING ASHTON ISN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE? YOU AREN'T OLD ENOUGH FOR THIS!" He continued, causing you to clench your fists in anger, what right did he have telling you what to do?
"ENOUGH!" You screamed, causing Ashton to flinch, and instantly silencing Michael who had never heard you raise your voice before, also drawing over Calum and Luke who were peaking past the corner. "I DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR FRIENDS ARE HERE MICHAEL BUT I WAS JUST HEADED DOWN THE HALL WHEN ASHTON WAS COMING OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND FELL. NOTHING HAPPENED. BUT EVEN IF SOMETHING DID I AM Y/A YEARS OLD, AND A HELL OF A LOT MORE RESPONSIBLE THAN YOU, SO DON'T TRY TELLING ME WHAT TO DO AGAIN!" you yelled, causing Michael to recoil, and step back.
"Sorry Y/N, I should've trusted you," he mumbled, staring at his Disney socks.
You exhaled, and calmed yourself, "It's okay Micheal I just don't appreciate being babied," you explained pulling him into a hug. Michael instantly wrapped his arms around you, and you buried your head in his shoulder. The perfect moment was ruined by a camera flash, and a triumphant squeal, causing both you and Michael to turn towards Luke who had his phone out.
"My picture is going to get more likessssssss," he screeched running away from Calum who was trying to capture the phone.
"I'm confused," you stated watching the two boys chase after each-other.
"Welcome to the club," was Michael's reply already headed towards the kitchen.
A/N- Tomorrow is Homecoming so I'm not sure if I will update or not..... But thank you for reading❤
