Fantasia is the chief of the NYPD and works closely with the FBI, she used to be captain at the 5th precinct where her enemy and ex-best friend works as a leading badass homicide detective (Taraji).
Even though she's chief, she always finds herself in the 5th percent, Taraji seems to hate that cause all they do is argue whenever she stops by
Sometimes it frustrates the chief she always fires and rehires Taraji.
But when one of them is in trouble they give up everything to get them out. However, when that is over and done with, they go back hating each other and pretending they don't know each other personally. It's a circle really. But what is the course?
There is something there... An unsolved past that they both seem unready to unveil.
