"But sister Emma, how can you know this much about sister Pranpriya? Didn't you tell us that you lost connection with sister Pranpriya before two years" one of the photographer asked.
He is placed there by Lisa itself so that Emma can write her own disastrous fate.
It is when Emma understood that she spoke out loud. Cursing her luck, she pressed her lips together, denying to answer the questions that are being fired at her.
"Or, were you lying to all of us, sister Emma? You were actually in contact with Sister Pranpriya then" another person planted by Lisa herself, asked.
"Sister Emma, if you were aware of Sister Pranpriya's condition, why didn't you help her? She is after all your senior and mentor who helped you to raise to this level" another person asked, feeling angered.
"Yes, sister Emma, how can you be so cruel towards your benefactor?? Sister Pranpriya helped you in everything and in return, you actually backstabbed her by leaving her side at her thin times" the first person spoke.
Emma's eyes turned bloodshot with anger and she clenched her teeth.
"That's none of your business! Scram off" Emma yelled in low pitched voice and stormed back to her room.
"She is so arrogant" others scoffed and they gradually dilated from the place.
Meanwhile…
As Jisoo hugged Lisa, Lisa felt Jisoo shudder in her embrace.
"What happened, what's wrong?" Lisa asked frantically, but maintained her indifferent face.
She doesn't want others to notice the weak and vulnerable side of Alex.
"I…..I found out what you guys are hiding from me" Jisoo told, her voice cracking.
Hiccups followed her continuous choking and Lisa rubbed her back little hardly.
"My.. my…..baby" Jisoo sobbed.
Lisa couldn't help but freeze in shock.
She didn't expect Jisoo to find out about this. They had been very careful and had meticulously covered all the tracks and hints that might give this suspicion to Jisoo.
"Let's….let's talk in your room, Jisoo. You need to calm down" Lisa comforted her and helped Jisoo to her room.
While they are walking to the room, Emma who was waiting for Jisoo in the corridor frowned after seeing Lisa and Jisoo together.
"Ms. Jisoo, we need to talk" Emma announced, walking towards them.
Lisa gritted her teeth and held Jisoo's shoulder, supporting her.
"She will talk to you later, Emma. Can you leave us alone for a moment" Lisa told to Emma who is goggling at her arms which are wrapped around Alexandra's shoulders.
She never knew that these both are this close. Emma stubbornly blocked the way and stood firm, crossing her arms
Lisa clenched her fists but maintained her cool self. If not for Jisoo who is in the verging of breaking down, Lisa would have surely showcased her acrid tongue.
But for now, she don't want to aggravate this trivial argument.
"Who are you to tell me, Huh? My boss?" she scoffed.
Lisa gritted her teeth and sighed.
"Please" she asked, still clenching her teeth.
"Huhhh…..trying to get into good sides of Jisoo too?? You are already having a sugar daddy and how many rich people do you still need in your pockets, you bitch" Emma scoffed furiously.
Jisoo who was down casted till now, lifted her head up and glared at Emma.
"You better go" she told in her faint voice.
"But ma'am…" Emma stuttered. She actually didn't expect Jisoo to side up with Pranpriya.
"But, ma'am we need to talk. I have something to tell you about this bitch here" Emma said, concentrating all her attention on Jisoo.
And, that's it…. Lisa reached the saturation point of her patience. She wrinkled her nose and then spoke out little louder, as her commanding voice reverberated in the empty corridors.
"Mr. Steve, could you" Lisa impatiently ordered. As soon as she said those words, a stern and ominous voice sounded all across the room.
"You heard them, miss. You better leave or else we might use harsh methods" a bodyguard who was standing in shadows all along stepped out.
His presence infuriated Emma even more. But looking at him, a chill spread down her spine.
Helpless, Emma marched out. But, she isn't going to let go of this anytime soon.
Meanwhile…
Lisa led Jisoo into the room and ordered her guards not to let anyone inside.
After making sure no one will be in the range to eavesdrop them, Lisa closed the door and looked at her friend very pitifully.
She might not know how it feels but she is at least aware that no mother could bear to lose their child.
"Some…someone…..called m.. me today." Jisoo told sobbing and hiccupping as she talked.
Lisa poured a glass of warm water and gave it to Jisoo, who reluctantly gulped it.
"Breath Jisoo. Calm down a little" Lisa comforted her friend as she rubbed her back.
Meanwhile the even messaged Jin and Jungkook about this.
Jisoo nodded her head and started taking deep breaths. After making herself little presentable she started talking again.
"They forwarded me some doc.u.ments and at first, I didn't believe them. I thought that someone are trying to fool me by sending me a forged doc.u.ment stating about my miscarriage. But, after I rechecked them, it….it turned out to be true" Jisoo started sobbing all again as she said those last words.
Lisa frowned.
Someone sent her?
She got to know because of third party and this third party might be enemies or someone else who might have intentions to harm them.
This made Lisa to feel as if a heavy weight is shoved on to her shoulders.
What of this is someone belonging to Minho?
What if this is his first move?
As Lisa in deep thought, she suddenly remembered that this is not right time to think of this. Foremost, she must console Jisoo right?
But Lisa didn't understand how to console her. Jin is the person who can do that and succeed in it.
Lisa is about to sit behind Jisoo, in order to console her but, abruptly the door opened and Jin scuttled into the room.
As soon as he got Lisa's message, he hastily left the meeting in mercy of Jungkook and hurried to the studio.
Ever since, he found out about Alexandra's plight after knowing the truth they were hiding, his heart is almost at the verge of breaking down.
She is always sensitive and emotional when it comes to children. She loves them so much because she lost her baby sister once.
She literally saw how her parents suffered due to the loss.
Now, being in the same shoes as them, she simply couldn't bear it.
Meanwhile, Jisoo who noticed Jin couldn't help but cry out louder.
In the same time he hurried towards her, she launched herself in his arms and started crying out.
Jin's heart twisted and he felt his heart piercing seeing his beloved in such a plight.
His eyes darkened with anger and they scorched with rage…..a killing intent boiled through out his body. He swore not to leave even a single soul alive after what they did to his love.
Lisa pursed her lips and looked at the pair who were hugging each other. She could sense that Jin is feeling right now. The temperature drop in the room is the evidence of his enragement.
In addition to this Lisa could also see the tears that are threatening to escape his eyes. Even he is in the same pain as Jisoo.
It was his baby too and to worse, as a father, he was entitled to protect both the mother and child.
However, to fester her guilt, he miserably failed to protect them. Only he knows how much it has been killing him from inside.
Seeing Jisoo like this, added fuel to it.
Lisa stood up and sighed. Patting his back and exchanging a glance, he gave a sad smile, thanking her gratefully for taking care of Jisoo.
He moved his hand slightly and gave a brief hug to Lisa too.
Lisa nodded her head and hugged him back, before going out of the room to give some privacy to the couple. They need it at this thin time of their life.
However, coming out she noticed Emma standing near the door. She is baffled and her as her mouth is ajar because of the shocking scene she witnessed. Her eyes are glued to the door through which Lisa came out now too long ago.
She would have seen Jin and Jisoo hugging each other, or worse, Jin and Lisa sharing a quite friendly hug.
But it didn't last long. She quickly came out of her reverie and glared at Lisa.
"YOU…..are you the one who curried up the favor with Jisoo and managed to kick me out of this project. I was kicked out from being the third model and it is all because of you" Emma scoffed, lunging towards Lisa.
Lisa smiled and nonchalantly stepped away, making Emma stumble and fall down.
Crouching down haughtily, Lisa looked at Emma in mockery. Her eyes full of ridicule.
"You are right. I was the one who throwed you out of production. But not by currying favors from some one. I have all the rights and authority to do whatever I want in ADORN" Lisa said.
Pranpriya is after all the real CEO of ADORN.
