Well, the end of that last chapter sure did take a turn. Do you guys think that Noah is going to be okay? Well, there's only one way to find out; and that's to read ahead and see what happens. Here we go with the next chapter in our story. Here's Chapter Thirty-Six.

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children PICU
It felt like forever. While they were only a helicopter flight away from the hospital, it still took forever; especially when they also had to pack up, because they were done. They were done being away with their sons, because they needed to be somewhere else; they needed to be with their sons, and they needed to take care of Noah after what just happened. Something that they were still confused about. They still didn't have all of the information when it comes to what exactly happened, but Matt was certainly going to get to the bottom of it after they get to the hospital. Making their way down from the helipad that they got permission to use, Matt took a breath as he went ahead and rubbed his wife's back while kissing the side of her head. "Hey, take a breath and calm down baby; everything will be ok..." Gabby then snapped at her husband." No, it won't be okay. It won't be okay because I failed my son, I failed him Matt. This was a horrible idea. We shouldn't have..." Matt then went to wrap his arm around Gabby, having noticed that they still have a few floors. "Hey, hey. Take a breath and just look at me." Looking into her husband's eyes, Gabby agreed with Matt.

"Please, don't blame yourself. This could've happened whether we were on the yacht, or if we were at home with him; we have no idea what could've happened, and I don't want you to ever blame yourself. I'm just glad that we got some time together because that was all that mattered." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before feeling him step close to her; after which, Matt wrapped his arm around her and held her close. Wrapping her arm around Matt's back, Gabby leaned her forehead against his before watching as he bent down and kissed her softly. "Gabby, it'll all be okay. I promise. And we're done being away from them, I promise. We're going to be home with the boys tonight, and we're going to spend time with them." Gabby agreed with Matt as he told her that, getting close to him before wrapping her arms around him; after which, she felt him wrap his arm around her while kissing her forehead softly. "Thanks for getting your staff to pack up the yacht..." Matt shook his head. "Hey, it's okay. And Kelly said that it he'll get them." Gabby agreed with Matt when he told her that. "Thank you so much for..." Matt just shook his head. "Don't apologize to me, it's all okay."

Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before going to grab his hand; after which, she went ahead and intertwined their fingers. Kissing Gabby's forehead, Matt smiled before moving her hand up to his lips; kissing the back of her hand, Matt smiled due to the fact that he was just happy to be here. No matter the circumstances, he will always be here with the woman he loves; especially when their son needs him here the most. And he will most definitely be here with him if he needs to stay overnight. Seeing the doors open when they were finally at the floor that they needed to be on, Matt smiled as he looked at Gabby. He then kissed her forehead and went ahead to lead her into the PICU. (The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). While it was not the ideal place where their son was being treated at the moment, there is nowhere that Matt would rather he be treated if he needed to be here. "Go ahead Gabby, and I will be right there." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, going to go find Noah. That's when Gabby saw Antonio there. "Room 15."

Gabby agreed with her brother when he said that, before proceeding to hug him. "Thanks Antonio." Antonio agreed with his sister when she said that, before watching as she went ahead and made her way to the room where Noah was currently waiting for her. At the same time, Matt took a breath as he came out of the elevator and just looked at his brother-in-law; the brother-in-law who already knew what he was going to be asked next. And that was what the hell happened while they were gone on their yacht, which Matt has every right to know as Noah's father. Just taking a breath, Matt looked at Antonio. "What the heck happened Antonio?" Antonio just looked at Matt before proceeding to tell him as they both started to walk towards Noah's room. "We were passing him around, while also making food for supper. There was a bunch of us in there, and someone was holding Noah; then, they hit his head on the cupboard." Matt took a breath as he heard Antonio say that, realizing that it was a mistake. "So, it was a mistake?" Antonio agreed.

"A mistake that we are really sorry about, and I hope that you guys know that." Matt just looked at Antonio when he said that, not wanting the uncle to think that they didn't know that they didn't know it was a mistake; because they knew that it was mistake. Matt and Gabby know their family better than anybody, and they know that they will never hurt their children. That's just a fact, and matt is glad that's the case; especially based on his background, a background that includes abuse. Wrapping his arm around Matt, Antonio rubbed his back. "Here, do you want me to grab your bag? I can hold it so that you can go in there and take care of your son." Matt smiled when he heard Antonio ask him whether he'd like him to hold the bag that he has on his shoulder while he was going to see Noah. "Sorry we interrupted your time away." Matt shook his head as he watched Antonio put his bag over his shoulder. "Hey, don't you dare apologize for that; there is nowhere that we'd rather be. If our children are in the PICU, then we'll be here every day."

Antonio agreed with Matt when he said that. "They are just running tests on him, and they think that he'll be okay. I know that he'll be okay. And I also know that he won't be here long. Your sons are fighters and are going to be going home." Matt got a bit worried when he heard Antonio say their 'sons', as in plural. "Our sons are in the hospital?" Antonio then realized what he said. "Oh, Matteo's fine. Sorry for scaring you, but we brought him along because we knew that you would want him here when you got here." Matt agreed. "Oh definitely, that's something that we want too." Antonio smiled when he heard Matt say that, leading him towards Room 15; the room where both of their sons are waiting for him. "Sorry that we interrupted your fun." Matt shook his head. "We mean it when we say it Antonio, that we'd rather be here than anywhere else." Antonio smiled when he heard Matt say that. "Oh, just to let you know; the staff from the Yacht are going to be calling you to come get the car at some point. They'll drive it here. We took the helicopter here." Antonio just looked at his brother-in-law when he said that. "You have a helicopter?" Matt agreed. "We have a helicopter on our yacht. Now, I am going to go see my son okay?" Antonio agreed with Matt, well aware that he wants to see Noah this afternoon.

It didn't take the husband and father long to get into the hospital room, the room where Gabby was currently looking at Noah as he laid down in his hospital crib. Just looking down at her son, Gabby took a breath due to the fact that she could see it in her son's eyes that he was scared right now; that he was confused, and that he was worried. That he didn't understand what was going on, and that he just wanted to be with his parents. He wanted to hold his mom close. Just getting close to her son, Gabby smiled as she proceeded to put her hand on his face and just smiled as she was glad that he was okay right now; which is definitely something that she was thrilled about. She wants to make sure that her son is okay, and that he's going to just make sure that he relaxes right now. It's what he needs to do, and it's what he's going to do right now. And Gabby is going to make sure that's what happen as she is going to be taking care of him herself, with her husband's help too. And speaking of her husband, that's when she felt him walk up behind her.

Putting his hands on Gabby's sides as he walked up behind her, Matt smiled as he wrapped his arms around her and then bent down to kiss her shoulder softly. After which, he looked down at Noah while putting his hand on his stomach. "Hey buddy, are you okay?" Turning around in Matt's arms shortly after he walked up to her, Gabby smiled as she was happy that he was here with her; after all, she needed her husband to hold her and just make her feel better. She was so scared, and she just didn't know what to do. After which, she felt Matt put his hand on her back and then turned his head. Smiling at the woman he loves, Matt proceeded to kiss the side of her head and just held her close to him. "Shh...it's okay Gabby, I promise that everything is okay now. He's here with us, and we're going to be here with him forever." Gabby agreed with Matt as he said that, before putting her hands on the top of Matt's chest. After which, Matt stroked her back again so that he can hold her close and just make sure that they are going to take care of Noah.

That was when Gabby heard Antonio walk into the room. "Hey sis." Gabby then looked at Antonio and took a breath. Letting go of Matt, she decided to walk over to her brother. "Thank you so much for bringing him here." Antonio agreed with his sister when she said that, more than happy to have brought her son here. "I promise, everything will be okay." Gabby agreed with her husband. "Do you know why he isn't connected to a vent? I thought you said that you found him unresponsive and not breathing." Antonio shook his head. "The doctor said that he was dehydrated, and that was why he wasn't crying; I thought that meant he wasn't responsive or breathing. I know, I should've checked; but I was more concentrated on just getting him to the hospital." Gabby agreed with Antonio as he said that, just taking a breath. "I'm glad that you brought him here." Antonio agreed with Gabby when she said that. "Hey, I was going to bring him here regardless. He's my nephew." Gabby agreed with Antonio, before proceeding to hug him again.

At the same time, Antonio looked at his brother-in-law as he walked over to him as well; after which, Matt hugged him. "Thank you so much Antonio." Antonio agreed with him, before going ahead with hugging him. "Listen, do you want me to take care of Matteo?" Gabby shook her head. "No, I'll take care of him. We need time as a family." Antonio agreed with his sister when she said that. "Where is he anyways?" Antonio smiled. "Mom just brought him to the washroom to get him changed, he farted." Matt laughed a bit when he heard Antonio say that he farted, as it was cute. But something that was not funny was what happened, and how he was feeling right now; and how he was feeling was that he needed to take care of his family right now, which he most definitely is going to do for the rest of the time that his son needs him; which is most definitely needs him right now, and is going to need him to take care of him for a while.
