His eyes widened when I lunged towards him. In an instant, he grabbed Shoto and held a knife against his throat, "You take one more step and I kill him", he snapped, I stopped in my tracks. Shoto struggled to free himself.
"Let my brother go man, or we're gonna have a problem", Touya walked to my side, "Touya ...the eldest Todoroki", my father laughed.
"Nice to meet you dick, your daughter calls me daddy too", Touya looked him up and down I smirked. "Excuse me!!", he yelled, "Did I stutter?".
"Let him go man, I don't want to hurt you", he sighed, he laughed hysterically and looked around the room, "Hurt me? You don't have a chance".
"Wanna bet on that old man?", he stepped closer to the stage my father was standing on.
"You think you can take out all my guards, funny", he scoffed, "Well, not just me- your daughter and I".
"She's skilled, but not that skilled", he chuckled, "Is he underestimating me?", I asked Touya as I turned to him, "I think he is".
"Well, if anything makes my blood boil", I laughed, "It's men who underestimate me", I cracked my neck.
"Take them alive", my father ordered all the guards. They slowly started to surround us.
My back was against his, "I'm not dying for you", he said, "I'm not dying for you either".
"I'll get Shoto, can you handle these guys?", he whispered from behind, "Yeah, it'll be a nice warmup", my eyes stared at the countless guards around him and I. "Give me an opening to him", I nodded.
"Alright, who wants to die first?", I asked aloud, they all froze in their tracks, "No volunteers? Fine", I sighed and pulled the guns from my chest holster.
I started firing them off at the first row of guards, "Seek them out now, one by one", I whispered as I focused on dropping them. He quickly switched our positions. "Now!", I yelled as I created an opening.
When I ran out of bullets, I snatched the knives in my waist band. I threw the blades at the gaurs rushing towards me, "HURRY TOUYA!!", I yelled as I fought them off.
In the corner of my eye, I noticed two guards drag Light's body away, they had helmets on hiding their faces, they looked more important than the others.
"HEY!!", I yelled, unable to get to her. "COME BACK!!!", I yelled as they faded into a hallway.
I grabbed one of the guards and threw him into the rest, causing them to all fall. I continued to drop each one as they approached me, snapping arms and legs in the process. I glanced back at Touya.
"SEND MORE IN!!", my father yelled in frustration, while he was distracted Touya snatched Shoto and ran down the hallway.
I ran after them, throwing my last few blades at the men chasing me.
"Where do we go?", Touya panted, "Elevator, there's a room in the top floor- we can get down from there", we started to run down the hallway towards the elevator.
When the doors opened, we rushed inside the top floor living room. "I'm clean out of weapons", I said as I sat myself on the sofa. "I have these", Shoto threw two guns down on the table, "And this one", Touya held his mother's gun.
"You guys should get out of here while you have the chance, it's just going to get worse", I grabbed all the guns and strapped them into my holster.
"I'm not leaving you", Touya said sternly, "Neither am I, we're in this together". I smiled from their loyal remarks.
"I love you guys but...I can't promise your safety- I cant protect both of you", I looked between them. "Shoto you need to go", Touya said, "No- I'm not leaving- we're finishing this!", he snapped, "You'll get in the way kid", Touya looked away. "I'm not leaving! We're ending this together!".
"I wont lose you too Shoto", my gaze lifted to meet his, his face softened, "You're crazy if you think I'm letting you do this on your own- I just got Touya back- I wont lose him again", he rambled, "Shoto", Touya's cold gaze lifted to his.
"Get out before I throw you out", he snapped, "No Touya- I'm staying", he stood his ground. "I CAN'T PROTECT YOU FROM HIM!!!", he finally spoke words of truth.
His face relaxed, "Please go...so I know your safe dammit", Touya avoided his eyes. "We'll meet you back at the house, okay?", he stepped towards him.
"For tequila shots, right?", Shoto asked, tears in his eyes, "Damn right, only way to celebrate a win", he half grinned, pain in his deep blue eyes.
"I'll be...waiting- ok?", a single tears fell from Shoto's blue eye. Out of nowhere, Touya pulled Shoto into a tight hug, "Love you kid, always will", his voice cracked slightly. My eyes burned with tears at the sight.
"Love you Touya, always", Shoto fought back more tears. "This isn't goodbye- it's see you later- got it?", Touya pushed him away, "Go on, get home", he wouldn't looked at him.
"Till next time, Rain", he glanced at me, "See you later Shoto", a tear fell from my eye.
We watched him climb out the window and drop on the empty street as he darted towards his parked car.
"We're not making it home, are we?", I asked as we watched him drive off, "I don't think so".
My hand intertwined with his, "Let's go out with a bang", I smiled sadly, he kissed my forehead.
"You ready love?", he held the sides of my face, "I'm ready", I kissed him softly. "Let's go kick some ass", he slapped my ass as he followed me towards the elevator.

"Here", he handed me his gun, "You sure about this?", "I wouldn't want anyone else to have it, it's yours now", a smile crept up on my face. "I'll never love anyone the way I love you Touya Todoroki", my voice quiet and soft as I stared intently into his eyes, "I love you forever", he kissed me passionately, like it was the last time.
When the doors opened, we exited quietly, making sure not to make a sound. It was quiet, too quiet.
We stayed close to each other as we searched the entire hallway, but it was empty.
Was that really all the guards? It couldn't have been that easy...Somethings going on, I'm just not sure what.
"Rain, Touya, would you join us?", I heard my father ask from the room ahead of us. I looked to him, he nodded.
Both our fingers on the trigger, ready to fire. Ready for anything.
But the next sight I saw, nothing could have prepared me for that.
My face dropped, my eyes wide when I saw the two of them chatting beside my father.
"No", I whispered, inching closer to them, "Fuck", Touya muttered under his breath. The feeling of betrayal washed over me like a tsunami.
An uneasy feeling in my stomach as I stared at them in shock. My hands started to tremble, flashbacks of the past 5 years of my life with them flashing through my mind...over and over again...
"What is this?", my voice cracked, tears brimmed my eyes. "Well, Bakugo and Deku here where hired, by me", he paused, "To protect you and watch over you".
"What", my voice shaky as I stared at them.
"No...tell me that isn't true", I looked to Deku, his eyes avoided mine, "Please-... Bakugo", my eyes begging for him to say otherwise. But he stayed silent. And that silence, hurt more than anything.
"I trusted you...I-...trusted you", I started at the both of them, "I trusted you...I TRUSTED YOU!!", I cried out, the tears finally falling from my eyes.
"You guys...were my life...the only ones-...I trusted and...you- you...", I clenched my fists, "YOU TRAITORS!!!", I screamed as I rushed towards them.
My father stepped aside, as if he knew this were coming.
"Why?", my voice cracked, my fist an inch away from Bakugo's face, he didn't even flinch, "Tell me...why", I held back the tears as best I could.
"WHY!!!??!", I sobbed, pain in my voice, they stayed silent.
"Deku", I focused my attention to him, "How long-...tell me how long", my voice shaky, "5 years ago, when we met you", my eyes widened with regret.
"You were never on...my side", my gaze slowly lifted to Bakugo's.
"That's not true", Bakugo finally spoke up, I stepped in front of him, my fac inches from his.
"Then what is the truth, Bakugo?", I avoided blinking to hold the tears in my eyes.
"Your father hired us to protect you 5 years ago, I fell in love with you in the process and he saw that", he paused for a moment, "He said he finally knew a way to fix everything".
"And what exactly is that?", "We don't know, he never disclosed that with Deku and I", he said, his eyes soft.
"It'll all be revealed when the time is right", my father sighed. "I think it's a damn good time, do share, dad!", I snapped, a single tear falling down my face.
"Boys, I assure you can handle this", my father glanced at Deku and Bakugo, the both nodded.
I laughed, "You aren't going anywhere!!!", I yelled as I lunched towards him but someone had stopped me. It was Bakugo.
"Get your filthy hands off me!!", I finally lost it. I grabbed his arm and threw him across the room.
"I can't wait to fucking kill you", I inched closer to him. The feeling of betrayal had melted and a deep blue fire of rage lit inside me.
"Rain, I don't want to hurt you", he held his hands up, I scoffed dramatically, "Little to late for that asshole", I kicked his stomach and he coughed out some blood.
"TOUYA!!!", I yelled, not bothering to turn back to him, "On it", he said coolly, understanding me perfectly.
I grabbed Bakugo by the hair and slammed him into the wall again, "You really messed up", I kneeled in front of him, "Please Rain...I love you", he coughed out.
"When you love someone, you don't lie to them", I threw a right hook into his face. He refused to fight back.
"I cared about you...a lot", I said in a soft tone, crouching down in front of him. "You and Deku where my best friends for the past 5 years", I tilted my head to the side, "We still are- I love you Rain...we can be together like we used to- everything can go back to the way it was", he started to smile.
I chuckled, "You see that wont work, because I'm in love with that scarred up damaged white haired asshole behind me", my eyes burning into his. His face fell slowly, then his deep red eyes began to glow with anger.
It was like a switch had flipped, "You're in love with him?", he asked in fear, "Hopelessly", I grinned widely.
"That won't work with my plans", he sighed and got up, "Finally gonna fight me back?", I cracked my neck.
He sighed and rubbed his face, he let out a maniacal laugh.
"You see Rain...that just isn't going to work for me", he grabbed a gun, "I love you- we're supposed to end up together...we're going to take over your father's business and rule the world!", he raised his voice.
"You and me...we're soulmates- we always have been-...I knew when I fucked you the first time...that you were the only woman I wanted to fuck for the rest of my life".
My eyes widened, this man is a different breed of crazy...
"Wow you're delusional", I laughed, "Me? No, I just take what I want", he lifted the gun slowly.
"Do it, kill me", I stepped closer till the end of the gun was on my forehead. "I don't think you have the balls", I smirked, he cocked it back, "Do it, pussy".
"Now Deku!", Bakugo said, my eyes widened and I felt a dart hit my neck. "Fuck!", I yelled, my vision started to blur, I was slowly losing control of my body.
I fell to the ground, my eyes fluttering open. The last thing I saw was Touya falling beside me, the same dart in his neck.
Then it all went black.
