Alice's POV
The whole world then went black
Slowly I felt it, I felt myself gaining more and more consciousness in alexs mind, searching for her fear.
'Dad? What do you mean?' She said looking at my dad
'Your out Alex! You think Id care for a wreckless, selfish, killer like you? Your on your own again, get out of my tower!'
'Guys?!' She said turning around and seeing none of the avengers or some other girl would back her up.
The vision faded into a dark room
'No?' She whispered 'no no?!'
'Where are we?' I asked feeling myself fully there
'You did this?'
I smirked at her 'where are wee' I sang looking around, taking big steps
'Hydra' she said
'Hm, bit dark isn't it? Afraid of the dark? Want a night light?' I smiled holding my hand out and letting small beads of light go up and float around the room
The door opened and a man walked through causing her to tense up
I felt the vision begin to fade again
She was laying in some alley shivering alone
It stayed like this for a while until she stood up and walked straight through me
'Let's see how you got these powers then' I whispered hoping it would work
Feeling the vision fade again
I seen a pregnant woman getting injected with too many things to count, the vision was different, all the faces were blurred, like she didn't know who the people were.
'Stop showing me this!!!' Alex screamed then breaking the hold I had on her and pushed me off her
I fell back on the ground and backed away from her
'Scared of loneliness then?' I smiled 'pathetic if you ask me' I laughed
She threw three massive energy blasts at the palace, making the whole thing shake and probably crack even more
Thor's POV
'Do you see anything?' I shouted over to Alissa, she was on the balcony trying to see if she could see Alice.
I was trying to make a safe way down for her, considering she's pretty much trapped in this half of the room. I would fly us down but the doctor warned me not to, something about its bad for the baby and the speed and all that.
'Nothing' she groaned, leaning up on the concrete barrier more
'Well I think if I break the top of the bed off and put it over the crack, I'll go over first and lean over as far as I can to hold your hand to mak-'
The palace shook violently
'Aaaahhhhh!'
I whipped my head over to the balcony
'Alissa!'
Alice's POV
She shot me down again 'you know' I groaned standing up again 'i don't particularly like you'
'The feelings mutual' she said firing at me again but I dodged it
'You can electrocute people alice' rang in my head
I looked at her I shot electricity at her, hitting her right in the abdomen
Her hand shot down and I took this as my chance
I grew my poisonous vines and let them snake up around her quickly but before it could prick her she sliced through them, throwing the dagger she used at me
It just about skinned my arm
I blew her over with my wind and double tapped the bracket on my right arm, a suit my dad made for me now covered my body instead of some stupid dress
'Upgrades? Okay' she smiled ripping the dress off to show she too was in a suit, a sleeve less suit.
'I did it better' I smirked then immediately throwing balls of fire at her
'Your powers are nothing compared to mine' she laughed blocking each hit with her energy
I magicked up another dagger and threw it at her, getting her straight in her thigh
'I'm gonna put so many bullets through you, your god won't even recognise you!' She shouted getting gun out of her pocket
'Go ahead, I'm an atheist' I smirked
She fired 8 shots at me but I turned each bullet into a piece of confetti and then the gun into a flower, using the reality stone in me
She tilted her head then shot at me again, this time with her energy blasts, getting me down
Before I could jump back up she was straddling me
'This is a little inappropriate to be doing to yourself isn't it?' I groaned
'You irritate me beyond believe' she whispered pulling a dagger out
'No!' I shouted trying to kick myself up
'It's no use' she smiled 'if only you weren't so weak then maybe you could have defeated me'
'Get off!' I screamed punching her jaw
She fell back and I immediately did what she did and straddled her
'Weak?' I asked then punching her face three times in a row
'Awhh that's gonna leave a mark' i said seeing her busted lip
She shoved me off her and stood up
Looking at her I smiled and did a cartwheel, landing on her shoulders and then pounding my elbow on her head repeatedly but she then slammed me to the ground, winding me.
She was sat on my chest, her legs slowly suffocating me, I was trying to pull them down, hitting and pulling them at the same time
After a minute she sat back in my stomach, giving me a chance to take a breath but then she pulled the dagger out again
'This is over now' she said placing it at my heart
Just as she pressed it in she was blasted off me with a green flash
'Alice!' Loki shouted helping me up
'Fuckkkk that hurt' i said looking at the small cut in my chest
'It's fine' he said putting his hand over it, healing it 'it was just a small cut' he said more trying to convince himself in my opinion
'Where did she go?' I asked looking around
'She's over there' Loki said looking at her laying up against a wall
We ran over and immediately I summoned up a sword and held it to her neck
'Your done' I said but just as I went to push it in she turned gold and vanished away into golden speaks, my brain going slightly fuzzy for a second as it happened
'What... the fuck?' I panted letting go of the sword
'She just vanished?!' Loki said looking around
'Do you think she'll come back?' I said looking at him
He looked at me 'it's likely, I suppose'
I nodded my head and tried to catch my breath
'Did you get Alissa?'
'Yes, she with Thor' he said rubbing up and down my back
'Good' I whispered
'Here' he said pulling me along 'the gardens lead into the kitchen, we'll get you some water and an energy potion'
I held onto his hand tightly walking into the gardens
Turning the corner I seen Thor kneeling on the ground
'Thor?' I shouted over to him, causing Loki to stop and look to
He stood up and that's when I seen Alissa laying on the ground, blood all beneath her
I froze
'Alice-'
'WHAT HAPPENED TO HER!' I screamed running to her as fast as I could
'I couldn't catch her in time' Thor whispered
'Ali?' I cried shaking her shoulders lightly 'you can hear me right?'
'You found me' she whispered, a small smile on her face, a tear falling from her eye
'I'll always find you' I cried
'You got it' she whispered then closing her eyes
'No, I don't got it this time' I sobbed
'You always got it' she whispered even quieter
'Don't say that like your leaving, your not leaving' I whispered cupping her cheek 'we have so much left to do'
She didn't answer
'Ali?'
'Ali?!'
'Alissa?'
'Alissa please!' I sobbed dropping my head on her chest
'Alissa please! Please! Please don't go' I screamed clutching on to her
'Alice there's a crowd' Loki said putting a hand on my shoulder
I looked up and seen around 30 people, Adonis standing at the front staring with his mouth open and wide eyes
'You need to get up now' he whispered
'No!' I cried holding onto her
'Alice, we need to take her body away, there's children' he said lifting me up
'Let go of me! Loki! Get off!' I screamed trying to get him to put me down
I looked at Thor and he was stood looking at her, the tears silently falling
'Nooo! Put me down! I hate you!'
He walked away with me in his arms
'I hate you! I hate you so much!' I screamed pounding his back
'LOKI I HATE YOU!' I sobbed clutching onto him, wrapping my legs around him
'I'm so sorry' he whispered
'I h-hate youu!' I cried into his neck 'I'm never going to forgive you for this!'
He sniffled and hugged me tighter, walking faster
He carried me into a random room and sat me on the bed
'I'll be back, just please let me deal with this, I need to get Thor. Alice I love you so much, more than anything, but I really need to run back' he said with red eyes
'You can't do that! You can't!' I screamed
'I'm so sorry' he said walking out and closing the door, a lock sound then followed
'No?'
'No loki! Loki!' I screamed running trying to open the door
'No!!' I cried falling to the ground, leaning on the door
'You've done this before! You've done it before loki!' I screamed sobbing, wiping my nose with my arm as I did so
'Yes. You are excused. Now goodbye' I turned to leave only to be pulled back my wrist and have a green light go over me and Loki.
We were back in the bedroom. I landed on the floor from not being able to prepare for the teleporting.
'Change. Now. Before I have to do it for you'
'You are so petty Loki'
'Change Alice' he said through the grind of his teeth.
'No'
He clicked his fingers and I was in my nightdress.
'Why this?'
'Your staying in the room today'
'What? No!'
And like that he walked out and locked the door.
A few hours pass and he still didnt come back.
I began to hyperventilate
He's not going to come back for ages!
'Dear Jesus I'm going crazy' I cried into my knees
'I'm right back where I started all these years ago!'
I stood up and fell back into the wall, my legs were shaky
I used the wall to make my way over to the mirror
'This is never going to end' I said looking in it, crying still
I sat down on the ground again and leaned up again the bed frame 'all I wanted was to spend time with her' I whispered
I looked up to the ceiling
'Fuck I hate you, I hate you so much. God or death or whoever's up there! Fuck you!!!' I shouted as loud as I could 'fuck you! FUCK YOU!'
The door opened and Loki and Thor walked in
'You asshole!' I screamed sobbing into my knees
'Alice please' he said kneeling down in front of me
I looked at him and slapped him straight across the face
'You locked me in here! I'm not something you can lock away!' I roared
'Alice-'
'No! You said you loved me, your a liar! You never did! NEVER!' I shouted absolutely sobbing still
'I do, I love you so much' he whispered
'Pretty lies' I seethed standing up and walking to the other side of the bed
'I understand your hurting right now but-'
'I just lost my best friend! I don't even love my own mother as much as I love Alissa!'
'Alice' he said now standing in front of me
'What Loki!'
'Look at me' he whispered
Looking up I seen his red eyes, the tears falling from them too
'I am so sorry you lost her Alice' he whispered 'I am so so sorry'
I shook my head and lay down on the bed, crying into the pillow
'Just leave Loki' Thor said
'Thor I-'
'Please' he whispered
A moment later the door closed and the bed sank by my feet
'Come here' Thor whispered lifting me up and sitting me on his knee sideways, just how we used to years ago
He didn't say anything else
He just hugged me and cried onto my shoulder
Hugging him back I squeezed him as tight as I could, crying as well.
I might have lost my best friend... but he lost the love of his life and his child.
