Kihyun and I practically growl at my mother. We're going to miss our own graduation fooling around with her.
Hul: Honey they have to get going.
Mom: I know, I know but they look so nice. My babies are actually graduating.
Oh God, this is the third time she cried this morning. Not to be that person but honestly I didn't think I'd be alive to see this day, but I'm so happy I am.
Kihyun and I walk into the gym where everyone is waiting to go to the auditorium. Mahogany runs up to us looking pretty as always.
Mahogany: Bitch you look good!
Me: You look better!
Mahogany: Today is the day, we're officially leaving highschool.
Me: I'll miss it a little.
Jooheon smiles at us, looking equally as happy to finally get the hell out of here.
Jooheon: Today we become adults!
Kihyun: Adults who don't know what they're doing.
Jooheon: I was just going to wing it.
A smile spreads across my face once Changkyun walks in. My heart beats faster with every step he takes, he looks so good.
Changkyun: Hi beautiful.
Jooheon: Hey.
Changkyun: Not you!
I chuckle giving him a hug.
"Alright folks start making your way to the auditorium for the ceremony."

It's official, I'm fucking finished with school.
After graduation our parents wanted to take us to dinner at the place of our choosing. I wanted RedbLobster and Kihyun wanted Steak house. My rock, paper, scissors game is better than his so let's just say the shrimp was fantastic.
So here we are chilling and drinking in Mahogany's backyard.
Mahogany: The stars look so pretty tonight.
The stars are so small up in that huge sky, it's like us. We're small in this world but that makes me even more excited to travel with Changkyun.
Jooheon: I want a t-shirt from every city or country you guys visit.
Mahogany: I want keychains and postcards.
Kihyun: I want snacks.
I chuckle.
Me: Consider it done.
Jooheon: I'll miss you guys.
Changkyun: We'll be back before you know it.
Me: What college are you going to Jooheon?
Jooheon: Ah the same as Kihyun, I'm studying music.
Me: Nice.
It feels good to know everyone is going to be following their dreams. I sip my drink before smiling, this is life huh? Living.
Changkyun kisses my cheek before sighing.
Changkyun: I'm happy to take the next step of my life with you.
My face turns warm.
Me: Don't be corny!
Changkyun: You love it.
I stare into his eyes, nodding absentmindedly.
Me: I do.
Changkyun: You do? Hm, hopefully you'll say those exact words in the future.
Me: Hm?
Changkyun: Nothing.

Before I knew it, months went by and then I was packing my bags to leave Korea in the morning. Kihyun taps on my door, walking in and taking a seat on the bed.
Kihyun: Tomorrow is the day huh?
Me: Yep, our first country is America. Which city? I have no clue.
He digs in his pocket pulling out a tiny box, he hands it to me.
It's a heart necklace with my birthstone in the middle.
Kihyun: A small going away gift.
Me: I love it, thank you.
Kihyun: You're welcome.
He smiles a little.
Kihyun: I love you little sister.
My eyes widen.
Me: I'm not that much younger than you!
He throws a pillow at me.
Kihyun: Shut up.
Me: I love you too, try not to cause Mahogany trouble!
Kihyun: Don't cause Changkyun trouble.
Me: I make no promises.
We both laugh, spending the rest of our night talking and going down memory lane.
