I walked through the long corridors of the hospital when I noticed that someone was running up to me, hence the loud steps that got even louder behind me. Turning around I noticed that it was one of Meredith's new roommates, who was also one of her intern friends.

"Is there a problem, Dr. O'Malley?" I asked before he got the chance to. Turning around and continuing to walk in the direction I needed, making sure to tell George O'Malley that I did not have a lot time to chat. He followed on me, desperate for something.

"This is highly inappropriate." George mumbled to himself before he went on. "But could you please talk with Meredith about the girl products and who should buy them, I know you lived here before, and she's not listening to me, neither is Izzie." George must have finally understood how bad sounded what he had just said to me, so he turned away in shame.

"I was a little upset once I've learned that Meredith hadn't even asked if I had a place to live in before inviting you guys in, but that does not mean I'll go and terrorize her personal space for you." I couldn't help but chuckle, George really was an odd duck. "You're on your own, but if it's any consideration to you - you have to respect their needs as much as yours, now that you live together."

I started walking faster, leaving the corridor behind, and so George O'Malley.

"Did you really ask her what she had for breakfast?" I chuckled, walking besides Derek, who was telling me the on-going drama between him and Meredith. "That's definitely going to get you in her pants." sarcasm ran through my mouth and I couldn't help but laugh at how hopeless this poor guy was.

"It's a normal question." shrugged Derek. "It's not too personal, but it's also not work-related." Derek went on to defend as I simply raised an eyebrow at him.

"It would be a lot easier if both of you just took your pants off and do the devil's tango," I mumbled but Derek heard me. Honestly, I was getting a bit tired of their will they won't they. I also was one hundred percent sure that this shouldn't even be happening, but who am I going to be if I don't joke about it anyway?

"The-, who even says 'devil's tango'?" he scoffed, making a face. I looked at him, but then turned away as we had arrived at the emergency room. The second I looked at the computer that showed a clear image of the patient's brain, I couldn't help but gasp.

"Are those - nails?" I immediately turned to Derek, who looked just as bumped as I did, but slowly nodded. Soon, the doors of the emergency opened again, revealing three interns. Meredith, George, and Alex.
