The rest of the week passed quickly. Unfortunately Lisa wasn't in my English class, but I got the joy of being in a class with Logan, and thanks to my morning therapy session over running, I was late to the first English lesson meaning I had no say in being paired with him for all future group work. Joy.

We were starting with the play A Streetcar Named Desire, which I read once and dreading picking it up again. Not because it was bad by any means, in fact I thought I would have enjoyed studying it, if it weren't for what Stanley did to Blanche.

Logan enjoyed spending the lesson bugging me, but thankfully he stopped calling me Princess, opting for equally annoying yet less triggering alternatives, like 'Your Majesty' or 'Royal Highness'. I would never admit it but I appreciated it.

'So class, I'd like you to work in your pairs and collect quotes from the play and create a revision resource for each theme.'  Gavin, the teacher, asked us. 'This will be a long term project that you can do outside of lessons, but I will ask for weekly updates on your progress. It can be mindmaps, PowerPoints, flashcards, whatever you like.'

I glanced at Logan who was staring out the window with a bored look on his face. Rolling my eyes, I knew I would have to repeat everything Gavin said later. Logan was particularly spaced out today, and I couldn't help but worry that he had something on his mind.

Gavin finished his instructions and we all got to work, planning an essay. Logan suddenly snapped out of his day dream and turned to me.

'What are we doing?' He asked opening his notebook.

'Flying to Mars.' I replied with a smirk. 'It would be so easy to never tell you and just let you fail.'

'Ah, but someone like you would never do that.' Logan smirked back, raising his eyebrows waiting for me to explain.

'Someone like me?' I questioned.

'Someone who cares too much about what others think of them to ever say no.' Logan smirks. In that moment, I couldn't help but think of Benji, because Logan was right, if I cared less about what Benji thought, maybe I would have said no sooner. But I didn't want him to stop loving me, so I never questioned it.

'We are planning an essay right now, but we need to meet weekly to sort quotes into themes and make a revision resource.' I told him, trying to get Benji out of my head.

'Told you.' He smirked. 'We'll have to go to yours.'

'Why my house?' I frowned, unsure if I liked the idea of being home alone with a guy I barely knew.

'Because my house is loud and we'll get too distracted.' He replied, looking out of the window again. He was quickly lost in thought and I couldn't help but wonder if there was something going on at home.

'Fine. What day?' I sighed.

'Today. Every Friday, straight after this lesson, so we can just get it over with and enjoy the weekend.' He suggested.

'I.. uh... I can't do it straight after.' I mumbled. 'You could come round at 4:30pm?'

'Ooh has her Royal Highness got a secret lover to meet?' Logan teased, but I sensed genuine curiosity in him.

'No.' I shut him down quickly. 'I have a doctors appointment.'

'Boring.' He said rolling his eyes. 'So 4:30pm today then straight after every other week?'

'Uh... no. 4:30 every week.' I said, instantly regretting not picking a better lie.

'You have a doctors appointment every week for an hour and a half?' He raised his eyebrows. 'Are you sick or something?'
