Chapter 14: Tv shows

3rd person pov.
"What" they both asked. They all turned their screens towards Ayesha and Steph.
"How the fuck did you get that" Steph said grabbing klay's phone and held it between him and Ayesha. They were looking at a picture. It was of them in the kitchen with their faces so close.
"You got sommat you want to tell us" Dray asked
"What no" Ayesha said
"YOU TWO JUST KISSED FOR FUCKS SAKE!" Di shouted
"No we didn't. It looks like we did but we didn't. Vanessa walked in before we could..." Steph mumbled, sitting down.
"Oh" Soph said
"Wait so who took the picture" klay asked
"Who'd you think?" Ayesha said sitting next to Steph
"Vanessa" they all sighed
"Did she send it to everyone" Ayesha asked
"Yep"
"What???" Steph said frustrated
"But we didn't even-"
"Uugh this is soo annoying"
"Well What are we gonna do" Soph said
"We make her delete it" Dray stated
"And how are we gonna do that" Ayesha asked
"We'll figure it out tommorow" klay said
"Yeah we have all weekend" Soph said
"Hey Stephen where are your parents? Dray asked
"Oh they had to go straight to my brother's junior tournament after the game. They are staying in a hotel since the tournament is out of town." Steph replied
"Wait. Ayesha won't your parents be worried. Me and Soph texted our parents." Di added
"Nah. They know I'm with Steph." She said
"That doesn't mean they won't be worried"
"Yes it does. They trust Steph with their life. And his family." She said
"Why??"
"Because we've known each other for what 14 years" he said
"No wait 15 years" he added
"Wow that's a long time" Klay said
"Ok. Me and Di best be off" Soph said getting up
"Yeah us too" Dray said slapping klay on the back
"U need a lift" Steph asked
"No we'll walk. Coach says we need more exercise anyway" klay said putting his jacket on.
"Ok"
"Bye" They all said
"See yah" They replied. Ayesha layed back I to the couch and turned her head towards Steph, and he did the same.
"Did you know there is a new series of Basketball 🏀 Bake Off🥣 out on tv" Steph said.
Quick backstory
Ayesha and Steph used to watch this series called Basketball 🏀 Bake Off 🥣 which is about a girl who dreams of becoming a chef and a boy who dreams of getting into the NBA. They both are invited to compete in a competition and they fall in love along the way. The show was left on a cliffhanger and then it was cancelled. Which left Steph and Ayesha frustrated and angry.
Back to present
"What! Really." She asked getting up
"Yes"
"You better not be messing with me Wardell" she said pointing her finger
"I'm not, I'm no-. Wait did you just call me Wardell?" He asked
"No! Ok maybe. It's just I like calling you that" she said truthfully
"Fine. So you wanna watch it" Steph said picking up the remote
"Of course we've waited like 5 years for this" she said taking a seat next to him. They started the show and watched it late into the night. They both fell asleep and managed too change their position. Steph was now lying horizontally with his arm wrapped around her and her head resting on his chest. They both were comfortable, very comfortable in fact.
