*Time skip- 28 October and we're gonna pretend they're still in holidays. lets say they started halfway through September Ik that's not real holiday times but whatever*

Alex POV

I wake up earlier today, well actually like 10 but John's still asleep. it's John's birthday and Herc and Laf are still in France but they're coming back in a couple of days. I quietly get out of bed managing to not wake him up and I go downstairs and make him breakfast. When I'm finished I quietly walk back into out room and place it on the night stand next to him.

"John" I say softly and kiss him and he opens his eyes. "Happy birthday!" I say excitedly but still quietly because he doesn't like loud noise when he first wakes up.

"Good morning" He says sitting up and pecking me on the lips.

"I made you breakfast" I say handing him the plate.

"Aww you didn't have to" He says smiling.

"It's your birthday you get everything!" I squeal.

"Thanks babe" He says and starts eating.

"Okay so I was gonna give you your presents tonight at the party but you can have one now though the credit goes to Herc" I say handing him a package. He unwraps it eagerly and pulls out two hoodies and laughs.

He gives me one and I put it on while he puts on the other one. Mine says 'I'm fucking John Laurens' and his says 'I'm John fucking Laurens' I didn't come up with the Idea I kinda just told Herc to make cute couple hoodies and I guess he did. "Okay all I told him to do was make couple hoodies I did not tell him what to put on them, and they've already made ones like these he could have been more creative" I say defensively

"I love them" He laughs

"So you get to choose what we do the whole day but your party starts at 7." I say once he finishes his food.

He thinks for a moment the says "OH CAN WE GOT TO THE AQUARIUM?" He shouts excitedly.

I laugh a little, "Sure."

*Time skip- 7pm Alex and John arriving at the party at the Schuyler sister's house.*

I park the car in the street outside the girls house. I step out of the car and open John's door and he laughs "You know I can open a door myself?" He ask laughing.

"Well yeah, but just cuz you can doesn't mean you should" I reply taking his hand. We walk to the front door and knock, when Peggy opens the door she smiles.

"Happy birthday!" She squeals and hugs him. We walk inside and there's already a bunch of people there. Most of them we know but I think some of them are just friends of the girls.

"Happy birthday John" some random guys says and John thanks him.

"Okay I got a surprise for you, come with me." I say excitedly.

"Alex you didn't have to" He says and I ignore him. I pull him to the other side of the room where his sibling are standing. "Henry, James, Mather, Mary!" He screams when he sees them and hugs them. "Are you guys okay? What happened to you? Are you safe?" He asks them.

"Jackie we're fine-" Henry starts but Mary who's only 6 interrupts him.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" She yells and John laughs.
