Chapter 13 : The School Dance

It's the day of the school dance, nishikata nervously waits at the intersection for takagi

Nishikata : I really shouldn't have asked her... This is gonna be so embarrassing...(he was still surprised at how calm he was when he teased takagi) ( he texts her) hey where are you?

Takagi : ( covers his eyes from behind) guess who?

Nishikata : takagi

Takagi : bingo ( she was wearing a beautiful cyan dress, with a with bag and white pearl necklace)

Nishikata : ( speechless because of how stunning she looked, he blushed violently)

Takagi : ( sees this opportunity) how do I look, nishikata? (smiling)

Nishikata : you look..... ( unable to form words) ( looks away) beautiful... ( hides his face)

Takagi : ( smile with almost unnoticeable blush) you look good too ( wait a minute) hey our clothes match!

Nishikata : huh? ( looked around and saw that their clothes did match) what a coincidence suika help me pick this one.

Takagi : she also helped me to pick this one yesterday! ( so she planned this...... I guess I'll thank her later)

Nishikata : so let's go

Takagi : ( wraps her arm arm his, making him blush) you sure are excited about this date of ours

Nishikata : W-what this I-isn't a D-date.... ( oh my goodness, the fact that I realised my feelings makes that much more....embarrassing)

Takagi : you sure? ( teasing smile)

Nishikata : of course!! ( trying to keep calm) what's with your hand

Takagi : I thought this was a date so I just wrapped my arm around yours

Nishikata : ( why does she want to go on the date so much does she like me too....... No that's just impossible) ( he was gonna object to her but) just leave it when we reach the hall ok

Takagi : ( I was expecting him to object) ( she smiles to herself) lets go

Nishikata and takagi head to the school dance and on the way he gets teased 8 times

Nishikata : ( leaves takagi and goes to his friends to avoid embarrassment)

Takagi : oh nishikata ( she also heads towards her friends)

Nishikata : what the heck are you guys doing...

Kimura : tanabe sensei caught us ditching class, so he gave us 5 times homework, so have to do it and its not like we're gonna dance anyways

Hamaguchi : where's Takagi-san? nishikata why are you here alone without your girlfriend

Nishikata : one, she's there with her friends ( pints at her) two we are not dating ( under the breath) hopefully one day... And three the reason I'm here is the same reason as to why you ditched houjou-san...
