*they arrive home*
Sara- Harvey before you ask no we're not mad because you didn't keep this from us because you didn't know so you don't need to worry about that
Harvey- thanks mum
Paul- however you're going to have to grow up now son you have a kid of your own to look after now
Jess- and we're here every step of the way Harv
Harvey- thank you
*they walk into the living room at this point it was only Max, Harvey and Jess*
Max- can I hold him
Harvey- sure *he says carefully handing Grayson to Max*
Jess- do you guys wanna go and sort his room out while I babysit him?
Harvey- yeah the sooner we sort it out the less we have to stress about *he says while getting up* Max can you help me?
Max- of course let's go *he says while turning to leave* are you sure you're going to be okay Jess?
Jess- I think me and the little man are going to be fine
*a couple hours later and Jess was cradling Grayson in her arms while singing to him when Max walks into the room and just watches her bond with Grayson after a few seconds he decides to say something*
Max- hey beautiful *he says while walking over to her*
Jess- hey... how long have you been stood there?
Max- enough to realise how much you already love Grayson and that you'd be a pretty good mum *he whispers as she had just got Grayson to sleep*
Jess- don't get any ideas Mills *she quietly chuckles* we're only 17
*just then Harvey walks in and sees Max and Jess stood with his son like a family*
Harvey- hey you guys... do you know what I've realised you guys look amazing as parents it's such a cute picture here *he takes a picture of them and then shows them the phone*
Jess- aww that's really cute
Max- don't be getting any ideas Jessy were only 17 remember *he quietly laughs*
Jess- Harvey do you wanna hold him again?
Harvey- no let's just take him upstairs I've set the baby monitors up so there's one in every room of the house including yours so that one of us knows how he is at every moment when he's in his room
Max- Jesus Harvey's just gone full on parental mode on us
Harvey- dad told me I need to grow up so that's what I'm doing the only rooms they aren't in are Tilly and Leo's and mum and dads oh and the bathrooms
Jess- okay well safety first
Max- indeed
Jess- now let's put this little man to bed *she smiles down at him*
Harvey- sounds like a good idea I'm exhausted so I do not know how you guys are feeling *he quietly laughs*
Jess- touché
*they walk upstairs and put Grayson in his cot to sleep and they watch for a while and then return back to the living room to rest and just talk*
Harvey- so Jess be honest with us how are you actually feeling about seeing Ayla again and becoming an auntie?
Jess- it brought back some hurt but I'm over it I can keep living in the past it's not fair on me and like you said I'm an auntie now I can't be depressed around him because babies sense these things they're weird but adorable creatures *she giggles* but the question is how are you feeling?
Harvey- I don't love her anymore and seeing her made sure of that but I don't know how to feel about becoming a dad like I will take every situation in my stride and really take up the roll of being a dad and not bail on him and leave him I'm just going to need help that's all
Max- and that's why we're here bro and we're not going anywhere not for a long time *he smiles* plus imma be the best uncle going no doubt
Harvey- obviously *he laughs*
Jess- *yawns* imma head to bed now are you guys coming?
Harvey- yeah
Max- yeah
*they all head to bed and try and forget about Ayla again*
