The maze

It rained the next day as well we were all in homestead keeping our heads dry.
Alby and Minho went out into the maze retracing Ben's tracks and taking a closer look to see how he managed to get stung during the day.

We all waited patiently for their return except thomas, he wasn't holding so good he let fear get to him.
I rested on chucks hammock
"What if they don't make it" thomas asked worried
"They're going to make it" newt replied calmly
"But what happens if they don't" thomas walked up to newt
"They're going make it" newt spoke quietly than before.
They were cutting it fine the doors would shut in two minutes and there was still no sign of them.

We all headed over to the doors to see if there was any chance of us seeing if they were coming. Time ticked by and soon the doors would shut that's when I heard it the sound of concrete grinding the doors were shutting.
Some people took a step back and murmurs started to rise
Everyone started to panic you could see it and feel it, people were frantically looking left and right like this was a dream and we would all wake up but it wasn't a dream this was real and I was going to lose two of my closest friends.

That's when it hit me I would lose Minho and alby I won't be able to have a sassy argument with Minho ever again I won't have him there to cheer me up when I'm down and I won't have alby as a friend any more and these boys won't have a leader anymore
Panic started to take over my body and I couldn't keep still I kept running my hand through my hair and I started biting my lip I must be having a panic attack I thought

That's when i saw a figure emerge from on of the maze corridors it was Minho and he was carrying alby limb on his back.
"There they are" I heard someone exclaim
"What no somethings wrong" newt narrowed his eyes to get a better look he soon realized alby was in danger, so was Minho if they didn't get out of there.
"COME ON MINHO" people shouted his name
"YOU GOTTA LEAVE HIM" others shouted but I was wiped over with disbelief this wasn't happening I stood in my spot breathing slowly but heavy I felt so light that I could pass out or lift of the ground any minute.

Minho started to drag alby but he still wouldn't make it and everyone new it.
I had no time to think just act I slightly bounced on my feet and adrenaline bumped through my veins.
It's now or never I bolted out of my dizzy haze and squeezed myself through the now nearly shut doors. I felt arms grab me but they lost their grip i started to panic that I would be a squashed bug as my body was pressed harder and harder I until I hit the cold concrete. The last thing I heard from the glade was the sound of newts voice "NO LARA"

I still felt my dizzy haze and everything seemed to go in slow motion I looked back and saw the doors had been completely shut and a certain brown haired boy looked up at me.
Thomas ran in the maze after me.
"Why did you do that" i said angry
"Why did you" he replied
I picked myself of the ground and looked over to Minho "good job you just killed yourself" he spoke with no expression on his face
"what happened to him" i spoke
"What does it look like, he got stung" minho replied not making eye contact
"What happened to his head" I questioned
Minho went silent for a couple of seconds
"I did what I had to do" he muttered

Screech. All our heads snapped to the source of the sound....not good I thought
Minho quickly lifted himself of the floor
"We..we gotta go" he grabbed my hand and started to make his way down a corridor until I stopped him "NO...minho we cant just leave him." I looked into his eyes
He sighed
"Theres no helping him now come on" he spoke pulling my arm
"NO" I stopped and walked back over to thomas
"I'm not leaving him" I replied
"Theres got to be something we can do" thomas spoke
"No there isn't" minho interjected
"Come on Minho you're telling me theres not one place you-" he was cut off when Minho pinned him to the wall
"Look around theres no where to go" he spat
"Hey lay off" I pulled Minho off of him
"You don't get it we're already dead" he spoke
