It's scary that a person can talk to you normally. As if they didn't do anything wrong to you. Nakakatakot kasi hindi mo alam kung paano nila na na-aatim na ngumiti, tumawa, at sabihin na mahal ka nila...even though they lied or.....even cheated on you.

I'm not talking about small lies. I'm talking about lies that will make you mad and even question the loyalty of your significant other. Ang masakit pa doon ay nasabi nila 'yun habang nakatitig sa mga mata mo.

Oo, I'm talking about Yoseff. It's not that I'm saying that he cheated but I'm definitely mad that he didn't tell me the truth. 

Instead, he lied to me.

That fact is still sinking in my head. I just can't believe that he actually did that. Maybe there's a reason why? but why would he lie about his whereabouts if he's not hiding anything?

Nakakabalisa at nakakatakot.

Nagtitiwala ako sa kanya pero there's still that annoying snarky voice in my head saying unwanted thoughts which angered me more.

Loyalty and honesty. Those two are very important to me. Sadly, Yoseff failed to be honest this time. 

I tried calling him a lot of times pero hindi niya sinasagot 'yung phone niya. I don't know what's up with him pero mas lalong tumitindi ang kaba ko.

Kasabay kong pumasok si Eina. I'm planning to confront him today. The first thing I get the chance pero mukhang malabo iyon dahil matapos ang sobrang daming missed calls at texts ko sa kanya ang sagot niya lang ay:

Sorry, we'll talk soon. I'm busy.

I scoffed as I put my phone back to my pocket. Five words. Leche, five words! 'Yun ang sagot niya. 

Kasalukuyan kaming naglalakad ni Eina sa hallway. Patungo kami ngayon sa first block namin.

"Mare? Uy? Rinig mo ba ako?"

I snapped back to reality when she snapped her fingers in front of me. Nakatulala pala ako.

"Yeah?" I smiled.

"Sabi ko gusto ko magpa-brazilian wax sa eighteenth birthday ko."

Kumunot ang noo ko.

"Bakit naman?"

"Aba! Gusto ko naman ma-experience kung anong feeling ng pepe na pang pòrnstar." She winked.

Pinandilatan ko siya pero hindi ko mapigilang matawa.

"Eina!" 

She laughed.

"What? Ang kinis ng kanila. Hairless eh."

I looked around for a bit, baka may teacher na maka-rinig sa amin. 

"Ewan ko sa'yo..hindi ko alam kung bakit tayo mag-kaibigan." I joked.

Tinusok niya ang bewang ko at tumawa.

"Syempre joke lang...gusto lang kitang patawanin...You seemed so out of place.." 

I sighed..hindi ako nakasagot.

"Mare, okay ka lang ba?" Bakas ang pag-aalala sa tono ni Eina. 

I forced a smile.

"No, but I don't want to talk about it yet."

She nodded and gave me an understanding look.

"It's okay..but just know that I'm always here to listen okay? No matter how bad it is I will listen to it with freaking popcorn if you like." She sincerely replied.
