Lucifer POV:-
Every minute, every second felt like it was going slow. I walked in the aisle and stood at my place. I looked around and everyone looked scared yet they were here to witness the disaster. What was odd again that Eric was not present. He would have loved to see me getting married to Ella and not Faith. Where was he? and his absence made me suspicious. What if something bad was about to happen here. I was never a part of the destruction that happened right here in this place, but I could see it in their faces what had happened here five years ago.
The priest stood beside me. I saw Benin fixing his suit and sitting on the front row. He was not best dressed in here. And we know why. I saw Ella's father walk out of the church to bring his daughter. I heard the footstep getting closer to me from behind and I closed my eyes and took a deep breath knowing who stopped behind me. It was my best man non-other than Alex.
