Lucifer POV:-  

               I was beyond happy and excited to finally call mom. In the first ring, she picked up my call 

"Ohh Lu," she said and I could hear her crying.

"Mom who are you?" listening to her voice after so long time was breaking me bad from inside. 

"Baby am fine how are you I tried calling you but couldn't reach to you," she said 

"I know" I gave a small laugh and couldn't stop the tears

"Hows Bibiana?" I asked mom

"Motivated to lose some weight and begging me to get her nose job," she said and laugh while speaking

"Tell her she's perfect, she doesn't need to change," I said 

"How's Father?" I asked being serious she took a long pause and said " Lucifer he's okay and everything is under control but I feel like something bad is about to happen" she started saying I cut her off in the middle of the sentence saying " Mom I think you need to clam down its always you whos worried for unnecessary stuff" 

"Maybe your right I hope and wish its exactly what you're saying" 

"Uncle Benin as finally started his own gang his not under our house anymore," Said Mom

" Is that what's worrying you, mom, that the under houses are getting out and now uncle Benin is out on his own then let me tell you me and dad we both knew about his plan!" I said to mom to make her relax

"By the way, your father finally gave permission to uncle Benin to marry Maria," said mom

"Great" I replied.

" I have to go bye you take care of yourself I'll try to come back soon," I said 

"Bye love you," she said and I ended the call.

It has been a week since I last spoke to my mom. But It felt like years. I diverted my mind by working on some smuggling contract Valak handed over to me. 

I heard a knock on the office door and I gave them permission to come inside and I looked up to see Alex enter inside. 

"How your work on the job I gave you Alex,"  I asked him

" Actually I came here to talk to you about that,"  He said looking down as if he was sad

"If your gonna tell me that you failed and you didn't get the job done then you and your twin brother and your mom you all need to leave and survive on your own am not here to babysit you guys," I said being rude 

" We got it," said  Alex I looked up at him in shock he came close to me and said "Everything and every detail is in this file," He said and placed a file on my desk. I picked up the file to check and it shows the total ten billion worth smuggling was done by Antonio and there was all the contacts and dealers name. 

"Get started by contacting them and dealing with  them, they will listen to you as you are Antonio's son," I said 

" Start earning for the house Alex," I said 

" I thought you will be handling this once I get this information for you," He said 

" I trust you" I replied " You want to live a lavish life this is your chance after over your fathers business,"  I said
