AUDREY GILBERT WAS AN ANOMALY. There had only ever been one doppelganger born at a time, and there was never meant to be more than that. Yet, Isobel Flemming gave birth to twin girls, first Elena and then Audrey. Yet, this didn't make her special. In fact, even in a life now filled with problems concerning the supernatural, Audrey had never felt more ordinary.

ELENA GILBERT WAS THE ONE IN THE EYE OF THE STORM. She was the girl everyone wanted to protect, with two brothers both fighting for her affections. Audrey didn't envy the weight that sat on her sister's shoulders, nor did it change the love she felt for her twin sister. Elena was one of the few people she would do anything for. Only, Audrey was about to be pulled into a storm of her own, as a sacrificed is revealed to be the fate of the doppelgangers.

AUDREY GILBERT WAS AN ANOMALY. It had never made her special, nor had she ever felt special. Even in a life now plagued by the supernatural. Now, she was about to seen in a light she hadn't been before, by the first family of vampires in history.

Here is my take on a Gilbert twin oc!

I have been trying to write a Gilbert twin oc for a long time, but I wanted to make it different to million Gilbert twin fanfictions already out there. Finally, I've got a decent plot in mind, and Audrey Gilbert has been born. Her love interest is Elijah, but this will be a slow burn...kind of. I promise, I do have a plot that isn't cliche, so just bare with me as I try to set it all up.
