Chapter 23

It was Angelica's last day at her parents and she wanted to spend the day with Thomas.
At the moment though she was watching Girl Meets World with her sisters while eating toaster strudels.
"This brings back the memories." Angelica said.
"I know right except Peggy isn't running around and being annoying like how she used to be." Eliza said and Peggy hit her.

"Why don't you shutup." Peggy said.
The doorbell rang.
"I'll get it." Peggy said as she got off the couch.
Peggy opened the door and saw a man with curly hair pulled back in a ponytail staring at her. He was short and Peggy thought he was the cutest man she ever saw.
"Uh is Mrs.Schuyler here?" He asked.
"Yeah who's asking?" Peggy asked then mentally facepalmed. "Wait that sounded rude I'm sorry."

"It's ok." The man said. "And uh John Laurens is asking for her."
"Oh ok." Peggy said. "I'm Peggy her youngest daughter."
"Ahh Catherine's told me so much about you." John said.
"She did?" Peggy asked.
"Mhm." John said.
"Why don't you come on in and I'll go get her." Peggy said.
John nodded.

Angelica and Eliza watched Peggy walk in with John.
"Ooh Peggy who's that your boyfriend." Angelica teased.
"Aww Peggy's got a boyfriend." Eliza said.
"They grow up so fast." Angelica added.
Peggy evil eyed her sisters.
"And these are the dumbasses I call my sisters." Peggy said.

Angelica snickered.
"She gets a boyfriend and doesn't know how to act." She said.
"Cmon I'll take you upstairs to my mom." Peggy said and her and John left the room.
"I'm gonna go too." Angelica said. "Thomas doesn't know but I'm taking him horseback riding so that he can get over his fear of horses."

Eliza made a face.
"Ok have fun with that." She said.
Angelica laughed.
"Oh I will." She said as she disappeared up the stairs.

"So where are you taking me?" Thomas asked as Angelica drove.
"Somewhere." Angelica said. "It's a surprise."
"What is up with you and surprises lately?" Thomas asked.
"Thomas I promise you this surprise will be something you won't forget." Angelica said.
"Ok." Thomas said.

-30 minutes later-

"We're here!" Angelica said.
"Angelica what the fuck!" Thomas yelled.
Angelica tried her hardest not to laugh.
"What?" Angelica asked.
"You know I hate horses ever since I saw that man get run over by one" Thomas said.
"Thomas riding a horse is not that bad I know the lady that runs this she wouldn't let a horse hurt you." Angelica said.

Thomas sighed.
"Let's go." He said.
Angelica and Thomas walked to the field with all the horses and stuff.
"Is that Angelica?"
"Hey Analyse how have you been?"
"I've been good What brings you over here today wanna ride the horse you claimed when you were 12?" Analyse asked.

"You have a horse here?" Thomas asked.
"Yeah her name is Cookies." Angelica answered.
"So do you wanna ride her?" Angelica asked.
"No not today um this is my boyfriend Thomas." Angelica said. "He's afraid of horses and I'm trying to get him out of his fear."

"Why are you afraid of horses?" Analyse asked Thomas.
Thomas looked down and Angelica laughed.
"Babe why don't you tell her?" Angelica asked teasingly.
"Angelica shutup." Thomas said.
"That's the second time you called me by my full name now I'm gonna tell her." Angelica said.

"He's afraid because when he was younger he went to a horse race with his dad and he saw a man get ran over by a horse." Angelica said.
Analyse looked at Thomas.
"What it was traumatizing." Thomas said.
"I'll go get you a beginner horse." Analyse said.

Angelica looked at Thomas enthusiastically.
"Aren't you excited babe?" Angelica asked.
"Yeah I'm so excited." Thomas said sarcastically.
Analyse brought out a small horse.
"This is buttercup." She said.
"Aww." Angelica said. "Next time I visit we're bringing Hercules he would love this."

"So do you want me to help him get on the horse and teach him or do want to do it?" Analyse asked.
"I'll do it." Angelica said.
Analyse nodded and disappeared.
"Ok Thomas first step is to go on the horse." Angelica said.
Thomas looked at the horse then back at Angelica.
"No." He said.

"Thomas get on the motherfucking horse or else I'll show the video of you crying to Dora the Explorer." Angelica said.
"It was a really sad episode." Thomas said.
"Babe just get on the horse." Angelica said.
Thomas got on the horse.
"Are you sure I don't need all the equipment?" Thomas asked.
"No you don't." Angelica said.

"Ok now kick the horse but softly." Angelica said.
"I don't wanna kick it." Thomas said.
"Then how are you gonna get it to move." Angelica said.
"Ange-"
"Thomas just kick the horse!" Angelica said. "But softly."
Thomas did as told and the horse started to gallop, trott. (I really don't know how horses move)

"Oh my god I'm actually riding a horse." Thomas said.
"I'm so proud of you." Angelica said.
Thomas smiled.
"Haha beat that horse that ran over that man!" Thomas yelled.
And that's when the horse started going way to fast and Thomas fell.
"Holy shit!" Angelica yelled as she ran to Thomas.

"Thomas are you ok?" Angelica asked.
Thomas sat up.
"That was best fucking thing I ever did!" Thomas yelled.
Angelica smiled and gave Thomas a hug.
"You got over your fear are you happy?" Angelica asked.

"Yup." Thomas said. "Now all we have to do is get you over your fear of rollercoasters."
"Oh no no no no no." Angelica said. "That's different."
"It really isn't." Thomas pointed out.
"It is But let's go to the car." Angelica said. "Analyse we're leaving."
"Did he get over his fear?" Analyse asked.

"Yes he did." Angelica said.
"That's go by Ange."
"Bye Analyse."
"We have to come down here more often." Thomas said as him and Angelica walked to the car.
"Trust me we'll be coming more often." Angelica said.

It was now 7:00 at night Catherine had ordered 2 large pizzas and everybody was in the living room watching some movie.
Peggy was cuddled up with John which shocked Angelica because she never saw Peggy hook up with somebody so fast.

"I'm so glad you girls came down to visit." Phillip said.
"We are too I mean I wouldn't have met John if I wouldn't have came." Peggy said.
Catherine and Phillip gave Peggy a look.
"Oh I also missed you guys too." Peggy said.
"Mom, Dad you'll see us plenty of times in the next year." Angelica said.

"Do you kids promise?" Phillip asked. "You all may be old enough to be out of our care but I'll still send you all to your rooms and ground you."
"Yeah ok."
"Totally."
"Do it grandpa."
"Looks like you're outnumbered Phillip 3 to 1." Catherine said.

"I'm really gonna miss you guys." Angelica said sniffling.
"Ange are you crying?" Thomas asked.
"Shutup." Angelica said as she started crying harder and then Eliza started crying and then Peggy.
"Should we tell them Phillip?" Catherine asked.
"What? Tell us what?" Angelica asked as she wiped her tears.

"We should tell them." Phillip said.
"Mom dad stop fucking with us and tell us." Peggy said.
"We're moving to New York!" Catherine yelled.
"Peggy watch your mouth." Phillip added.
The Schuyler sisters each gave their parents a good hug.

"Honestly this has been the best vacation ever." Eliza said.
"Honestly you guys should've saw Thomas on that horse today." Angelica said.
"Can we not talk about that." Thomas said.
Angelica laughed.
"Ok."
The room got silent again as everyone began to focus on the movie. And that's when Angelica fell asleep in Thomas's arms.
