"Do you think Y/N would like this?" Jungkook said, asking his companion's opinion about a box of sweets he had in his hands.

"I still don't get why you're doing this," sighed Hanna. She looked up at the pink little gift, done up with a matching bow. "That looks alright."

He put the box back down on the department store rack, before going over to inspect another pile of chocolates.

"I wanted to give her something for Valentine's Day," Jungkook's eyes gleamed innocently at the thought of making his crush smile. "Is there anything wrong with that?"

Hearing this shot a pang through Hanna's chest. She followed the man and fixed her hair, hoping her face didn't give away any of her true feelings.

"No, of course not. But isn't it a girl's job to give chocolates on Valentines day?" She thought about how she had considered giving Jungkook something too, but she quickly reminded herself why she decided not to. The last thing Hanna wanted was to be rejected.

It's been three weeks since Jungkook had asked her for help with Y/N, but this was the first time he actually needed it. Hanna felt conflicted on the inside.

After he kissed her that day, she hasn't stopped thinking about him. And not in the same way she did before. Before they met, he was a god she'd admire from afar and incessantly stalk online. Someone she had all these predispositions about. Now he was human, and knowing all these things about him before they even met made him that much more impressionable.

When she finally got his phone call, he said to come meet him at a Gangnam department store. No questions asked. So she complied. Her heart would have never said no to him.

Hanna recalled Jungkook's nervousness over the phone and smiled. He was like an awkward school boy. But then that smile faltered when she remembered the cause of his giddiness was.. not her. Just like she had been thinking about him all this time, he had been thinking of her friend. And despite feeling envious, she felt closer to him, knowing he was going through the same thing.

Picking up a box of assorted truffles, the maknae studied the contents carefully before deciding that one wasn't good enough either.

"But guys do it on White Day right?" She was sure this was the case, even though she had never received anything on any White Day. Ever. Thinking back to how she got into this tangled situation, she scoffed under her breath.

What are you doing here Hanna?

"Do 'it'?" Jungkook chuckled at the double innuendo. "I know but I just wanted to do something special.. and maybe I can get her something else for White Day."

When Jungkook drifted a little further to where Hanna was, a bunch of girls that had been on the same floor started squealing.

"OMG IS THAT JUNGKOOK FROM BTS?!?!?"

Hanna immediately walked off into a different direction. The last thing she wanted was to cause ANOTHER scandal. Seemingly out of nowhere, one of BigHit's bodyguards, who apparently had been following them the whole time, swooped in. Shielding Jungkook from the prowling fangirls, he lead him to the staff exit. Hanna saw all this go down with military precision from her peripherals. She had been twiddling with a candy bar to make herself look busy. She didn't dare to look at the commotion.

Well, atleast they had an exit plan.

That's when Hanna realised something, "Wait. Did they just ditch me?!"

She swore under her breath, unsure of what to do next. Did Jungkook still need her?

Text messages from him answered her question. Rest assured she was included in this escape plan.
