"DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!?!" He was only inches from my face, and I could feel his warm alcoholic breath against my cheek as I tried my best to avoid his gaze. With his left hand firmly gripping the outline of my jaw and the other cemented aggressively on the wall, his body locked me in the makeshift cell.

I flinched at his question. Despite the fear that possessed my every fibre, I knew he was a man I very much admired until a minute ago.

I could feel the brick wall digging into my back, but I still wasn't far enough away from him.

Unsatisfied with my silence, he snapped. "HEY!"

Against my will, my gaze was turned towards his, "I SAID, DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!?!"

I could barely make out his almond shaped eyes as the whole world began to blur. The tears felt warm flowing down my cold cheeks, accompanied by my tremoring teeth.

"What I ask for.." he slowly hissed into the cavity of my ear, lips gently grazing me, "..I get."

The last word was as harsh as his tight grip.

"YOONGI!" a voice cried out as if on queue. "What are you doing?!"

By some miracle his name distracted himself enough for me to break free off his hold. So I ran.

I could hear voices calling out to me mixed in with my footsteps.

"HEY! Come back!"

I kept running into the night, because surely, the darkness and the uncertainty was much better than what I just experienced.

"HEY!" I could still hear the voice clearly in my ears.

"HEY! NEW GIRL!" I immediately snapped out of my thoughts. "I've been calling you! Are you okay?"

With last nights incident constantly haunting my thoughts in replay, I could barely see the assistant director trying to get my attention. I bowed towards him, both as a greeting and an apologetic gesture.

His heavy frame waddled towards me, and he paused when he noticed the right side of my profile.

"What's that mark on your face? It goes down to your neck." He studied. "Kind of looks like a bruise?"

"Oh that," I strained my best smile, "my skin's just sensitive. It does that when it gets irritated!"

He squinted his eyes and studied my lie. Thankfully he didn't press further.

Only a handful of people knew what happened outside the venue of the BigHit staff party, and I intend it to stay that way.

I'm not sure if I could deal with having to explain what happened, much less repeat it.

"Alright, since you're new," the AD started, "here's a carton of water bottles you need to hand out to staff." He seemingly found a cardboard box full of bottles out of nowhere and lifted it into my hands.

The weight of the box collapsed in my arms, causing an avalanche of plastic bottles across the conference room floor. All eyes were on me, and for a split second, the room went silent.

"Technically, I'm not new." I said matter-of-factly. Crouching down I started picking up my mess. "I'm an intern here."

"Intern, new employee, temp employee.. same thing!" the AD waived as he waddled off into the crowd. No doubt to boss more people around.
