Apologies all for the delay! One chapter per week turned into one chapter per month :( I have been busy with quite a bit of personal stuff, but will try my best to publish chapters quite regularly! With that being said, I hope you all enjoy this chapter! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions or complaints! Don't be afraid to just say hi :)

I could hear distant chattering from behind the walls. Elbows brushed past me as I stood in the middle of the narrow hallway.

The booming voice of the AD, that was previously telling me what to do, is now raising his voice at another poor employee.

Despite all the buzzing within the walls of BigHit Entertainment, seven pairs of eyes stood still in their tracks and looked straight towards me.

The cold of the night.
The smell of alcohol.
Suga's words ringing in my ears.
My bruised necked.

It was all coming back to me. As the montage of last night's incident played in the back of my head, all I could see was the rapper's icy cold stare.

My heart dropped to my stomach.

I was immediately out of breath and struggling to inhale. With one look, my whole being was shrouded in immense dread and fear. I had nowhere to go, he had seen me, and even if I wanted run, it didn't seem like my muscles were capable of moving.

Jimin, clearly unaware of what had happened last night, brightened up to greet me again.

"Hey Y/N! What are you still doing here?" He was grinning from ear to ear. I could barely see his pupils. Apparently after what happened in the kitchen earlier, we were now 'friends'.

I looked over to him, then back at Yoongi, then back to Jimin. I was still gaping like an idiot and I could barely focus on anything but Suga.

I didn't feel safe.

The silence between us lingered for what felt like an eternity. Suddenly, a hand grabbed me by the arm, jerking me down the hall. My body followed suit.

Someone was taking me somewhere, weaving through the people in the hallway. Silently, I let him guide me, hand around my wrist.

I was still too shaken to realise what was happening. Only when we stopped did I realise who it was that dragged me out of that mess.

Jin.

"Sunbae..? What are you-" Before I could finish those words, two strong hands grabbed my shoulders and turned me around in one swift motion, ramming me hard against the line of metal cabinets in the hallway.

A sharp pain jolted down my spine, and I winced at the impact. I was confused, and yet again, afraid.

I was afraid of him. I was afraid of what he wanted from me. Or what he wanted to do to me.

It's happening again.

I could feel tears pooling in the rims of my eyes.

"What are you still doing here?!" He demanded, raising his voice. "How have you not quit yet?"

I kept silent as fear swallowed my words. My face was down. I didn't have the courage to look him in eye.

Slowly, I felt tears trickle down my cheeks. I couldn't hold it in anymore. Everything I felt, from the events earlier up to this moment, exploded into tiny droplets.

And I wept.

Trembling like a leaf, I was close to hyperventilating, and my shoulders shook under the grasp of his hands.
