"Me too," I smile at him.

"Why are you smiling? That's weird."

"Why it is weird that I smile when I'm around you?" I pout a little, "I guess I'll just be cranky around you then."

Ralph starts tickling me until I start laughing, "I want to see you laugh like this all the time."

"You sound so sappy and cringeworthy," I smirk with a light shrug. "No wonder you're stuck with me."

"Look who's sappy now," he pinches my cheeks and then slaps them so my face is sort of fish-like. "Adorable."

"Then go kiss a fish because I am basically a fish right now," I feel my upper lip touch my nose several times.

"Don't mind if I do," he leans in for a kiss and lays my back onto the couch.

"Please don't. I live here," I hear Glenn's voice and so I push Ralph away.

"Why are you here?" Ralph asks with an irked face.

Glenn goes to sit across from us, "It's the best place to hide when everyone assumed you're elsewhere."

"Is the baby Freddie's?" I blurt out because I couldn't hold in my curiosity anymore. I just want to confirm it.

Glenn nods with his usual face that is very different from Freddie's, "Why? Do you still want him as backup?"

"No," I laugh at his normal tone and go to sit next to him leaving Ralph alone.

I put my hands about his abdomen and ask, "May I?"

Glenn laughs loudly with tears in his eyes, "It doesn't kick yet, but go ahead."

Ralph kneels beside me with his hand sticking out wanting to touch Glenn's abdomen as well.

Glenn gives him a nod.

"The future of genders are going to be so different," Glenn sighs.

"Why so?" I ask.

"This is the creation of the werewolf-fiction," Ralph answers me instead. Glenn and I stare at him who say, "I get horny, okay?"

"Yeah," Glenn agrees with Ralph, "it's the creation of Alphas, Betas, and Omegas."

"I'm sorry that I don't read werewolf-fictions, but what are those suppose to mean?" I ask awkwardly since I feel like the odd one out.

"I think the readers already know so we don't need to explain it," Glenn says and continues with, "I'll explain it to you later."

"What make you think that?" Ralph gets up from the floor and sits beside me.

"Just think about it, powerful and smart people like my father, your father, you and Freddie will be the Alphas who stand above everyone.

Males and females like me, Gabe, my sister, and Gwen will be the Omegas who are dominated by the Alphas.

The rest are Betas..." Glenn's voice drifts off in a dampened and melancholy tone. It was like a person who is no longer feeling the bliss of ignorance.

"But wouldn't that be awesome?" Ralph asks hysterically, "Gabe can be my soul mate?"

"Tsk," Glenn rolls his eyes and turns to me, "How do you handle this trash?"

It has been such a long time since I hear such vile words slipping through Glenn's holy lips. I simply smile and shrug feeling quite satisfied.

"I just can't seem to figure out why the leader of this country poured tons of money into small companies like the Vang Corporation to research Same Sex Reproduction?" Glenn relaxes his straight back by backing into the couch.

"She have a specified plans for the next generation of leaders. Some of her people contacted me not long ago if I wanted to freeze my body for a later time," Ralph looks out the giant window showcasing a heavily blizzard.

"I got that offer too," Glenn is in a deep state of mind, "I didn't think too much of it because I though it was a hoax."

"I got that offer as well," I bite my bottom lips with a confused look. "I wonder who actually accepted the offer."

"I can think of a few, but that doesn't negate the fact that she wants to preserve us for the future," Glenn frowns like his father. "What's in the future that need us to be there?"

"It could be like what Rafela wrote," Ralph suggests which make Glenn to sit straight again. I, on the other hand, have no clue.

It's not my fault that I don't know, I never had access to all of the resources that they been having. I only know the stuff Freddie showed me when I come over.

Before I could ask who Rafela is or what the person predicted for the future, Dr Vang rushes pass us.

She looks at all three of us and smile before leaving to the blizzard outside.

We sit there silently until Fredrick walks to us and notices Glenn beside me.

"Glenn!" He goes to hug his son who allow his father to hug and kiss him. "I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry too," Glenn pats Fredrick's back. Glenn bites his upper lip and holding in his emotions to not cry in front of us.

After they hug for a good minute or so, Fredrick turns to us with an extremely angry expression.

"What devil got into you?" Ralph asks without restraints.

"The f-" Fredrick stops himself from cursing in front of Glenn, "The damn President is getting on my nerve."

"That's funny because we were just talking about it," Ralph smirks.

Fredrick's eyes widen and his irises get really small, then with a few blinks it seems as if he no longer wants to tell us the stuffs he was planning to.

Glenn returns to sit beside me and Fredrick sits on the glass table in front of us. It looks like a family interrogation.

"Where's Freddie and your mother and grandmother?" Fredrick raise an eyebrow.

Glenn looks at me, so I answer, "To the airport. They wanted to stop Glenn from taking on his flight to Nepal."

Fredrick turns his body to see the heavily storm through the giant window and then slap his whole face with both of his hands.

"She's doing this on purpose!" Fredrick says in a calm yet enraged tone pull out his phone and dials someone.

"Give my family back to me...I'll consider your plans...No, I'll tell you in three days time...Then two...Yes, I'll appreciate that...No, I want all three of them back...Okay, then. I'll make up my mind by tomorrow, but only my children and not the others'...I do not have that kind of power and even if I do, I will never abuse it like you...Yes, I mean you as well..."

Fredrick hangs up the phone and shortly afterwards, Dan, Freddie, and Vera returns like they are escorted back.

Only one person is powerful enough to take Fredrick Glenn Turner III's family as hostages, and I believe that person is our first female President, Gao Sèb Vang.

Don't worry, I'm not ending it any time soon. Or at least that is what I would like to believe but...I'm still not even half done with the next book so I'll give closure about the main couples.
