"It's very surreal," she admitted. "Almost strange at times. I .... I .... You're still my sister," she said. "I'm still waiting for them to come swooping in with their threats. I've told her what they did to me but I don't know if she truly believes what awful people they are."

Marian smile over at Kaia.  "That is because Katia has never experienced the kind of cruelty you had to endure with them. They have only ever been kind and loving towards her and pulled the wool over her eyes," she sighed "So I honestly don't know if she will ever believe how cruel they are.  Her adoptive parents were good for a while, but then it wasn't so happy I'm afraid.  But that is something I'm sure the two of you will have to talk about at some point."

"I hate how they hid the truth from her," she said. "I do hope someday she'll believe me about them." She said with a sad smile. "Did she do a good job as the nosy pain in the ass best friend in the movie?"

"Spot on, she is an amazing actress," Marian said.  "You could actually believe she was team Aspen the whole way. The only thing was Cordelia, the way she was playing Amelia and Katia didn't get on. Actually the only person who liked her was the guy playing Magnus. Stubborn pain in the ass the woman was."

Kaia giggled. " I bet you had a field day with her."

"Yes, I had to remind her a few times that it was my words she was speaking. My vision and not hers," she said thinking about her battles with Cordelia.  "So are you sure you still need me now that you have a flesh and blood sister than won't cause you as much drama as your non biological sister?"

"I love her but I still don't really know her," she said. "You're my sister, Marian. You always have been and you always will be. And just because she's flesh and blood, that doesn't always make someone true amily."

"I just don't want to hold you back Kaia or be an adhesion to your life. I love you and I just want you to be happy." She said with a small smile.  "I can only imagine what you are going to have to go through with Katia and Liam. Are you sure you can be friends with him again and only friends?" She questioned.

"Marian," she said taking her hand. "And I love you and want you to be happy. You're my family." She said. "And yes, I can be friends with him. I...I want him to be happy," she couldn't help but stammer slightly. "He and I both know we crossed a line that should never have been crossed. I'll...Marian I'll always have a special place in my heart for him and a part of me will always love him," she said and looked down at Karim. "He's not my destiny. He's not who I'm supposed to be with."  She said.  "I want him to be happy with Katia."

"Destiny isn't all it is cracked up to be. Sometimes we have to make our own way in the world and forget about destiny or fate." She sighed then finished off her tea.

"You always said that Zayn was my destiny," she said. "Not Liam.  Do you still believe that?"

Marian blinked back her tears. "What I believe doesn't really matter, everything I have ever believed to be truth was wrong or a lie."  She felt herself becoming overly emotional, she looked over at Karim them bolted from the room.

"Marian!" Kaia called after her and then went in search of her. "I'm sorry I...I didn't mean to upset you. "And it does matter what you believe."

Marian wiped away her tears and tried to control her emotions for a moment.  She opened her bedroom door, to see Kaia.  "Hormones." She half laughed. "I try not to believe in things anymore. I'm always wrong.  Just give me a moment to collect myself."

"Okay," Kaia said hesitantly and moved away from the door and went back to the living room. She looked at her son again who was gurgling and smiling. She couldn't help but smile and kissed him again. He was her whole world.
