What inspired you to write your first book?
I didn't like the ending of a book so I decided to write my own book. Plus, I like fantasy.
Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?
Terry Brooks. I love the detail he puts in every book and I enjoy the fantasy with a touch of romance. the romance never takes too much away from the book but leaves you going "Awwww."

Fantasy
Do you see writing as a career?
Almost. If I publish a few more books then I will make enough money to see it as a career.

Terry Brooks.
Do you use real-life facts based on true stories?
No, I sometimes use real locations in my romance novels but that's about it.
Did you ever think you'd be, where you are right now?
Ha, no way. I didn't even like writing two years ago.
What advice would you give to people who "run out of creativity" when writing?
Keep writing and push through it. New ideas are always bound to pop up.
Do you ever suffer from writer’s block? If so, what do you do about it?
There is no such thing as writer's block. People get bored with a certain scene so they blame it on writer's block. Just force yourself to write for an hour and then you'll get past it.
Do you have any advice for other writers?
Write no matter what anyone else says. If you love something then you always see it through. With practice you'll get better.
Anything fun about yourself you want your fans to know?
I have a baby due in July and I'm very grumpy lol.
How would you describe yourself?
A fun person with a very sarcastic sense of humor. I also think perverted jokes are hilarious. I curse like a sailor in front of close friends and family.
Writing is amazing but my real passion is science. Besides going to school for nursing I'm also getting a degree in Microbiology. I just love those little germs!
