What is your name? 

Julia Clark

 How old are you?

 What inspired you to write your first book?

I was inspired to write my first book by Halloween. It was one night out of the year that everything changed and we all became something we weren't. Which is similar to Nocte Dectfortum because that one night is different from all others

 Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?

I am an avid reader of Melissa Marr. I love everything about fairies :)

 What is your favourite theme/genre to write about?

I like to write mysteries, but that involve love and supernatural effects. Most of my stories have some sort of big twist and it's usually something no one sees coming

 Do you see writing as a career?

I see writing as a hobby, but I don't know about a career. I want to entertain people and if enough people want to read my work then I would like to see it published, but I would probably never dedicate 100% of my career to just writing

 If you could work with any author who would it be? 

Stephen king

 Do you use real-life facts based on true stories?

Yes and no. I use real FACTS like languages, places and sometimes people. But I use my mind to warp those things into something better than the real thing

 Did you ever think you'd be, where you are right now?

I never thought I would have become published and never in my wildest dreams would I have thought anyone would buy my book

What advice would you give to people who "run out of creativity" when writing? 

Some advice I can give to those who 'run out of juice' is take a break. Don't force yourself to write because if you do, your work becomes stale and the readers can tell if you are struggling. Take a hiatus by locking away the story you are working on for 6 months and then go back to it, that is what stephen king does

 Do you ever suffer from writer’s block? If so, what do you do about it?

I suffer from writers block on a daily basis. Honestly there is only so much one can write about and almost everything has already been done, so it's hard to write something original. That is why I take such a long time to upload or conclude a series, because I want to stay true to the story and not copy anything

Do you have any advice for other writers? 

Some advice I have is NEVER walk away from an idea. Write it down and maybe one day you can combine that idea with something else and create an amazing story that no one has ever heard of.

Anything fun about yourself you want your fans to know? 

Something about me that I want everyone to know is I appreciate and love every sing person who is on my fan page or reads or comments on anything I write. I may not respond quickly or not at all but I do appreciate you all. I just have an extremely chaotic life, but I hope they can appreciate that because that crazy life is what helped me to become the author I am today. 

How would you describe yourself? 

I would describe myself as the annoying best friend in every horror movie or story that dies first. Haha, seriously! I am very bubbly and hardly serious. I love to dance in public and sing out loud. If you ever met me in real life you would see that I am a crazy blonde ball of energy, I accept everyone for you they choose they be and I like to help. A lot of my extra time is spent volunteering or helping out as much as I can. I'm sort of private so I don't really talk much on my website or through my comments or stories because I want my fans to like my stories, not just me. :)
