tyler was in the shower and josh was in their room. he was cleaning out some drawers until he stumbled upon a piece of paper titled:
"tyler robert joseph-dun's bucket list"
-snuggle with joshua next to a fire on christmas
-teach joshua to dance
-take a bath with joshua
-finally give joshua a hickey without bursting into giggles in the process
-go to a concert with joshua
-make love with joshua
-deliver joshua a dozen roses every sunday for a year
-help joshua dye his hair
-have a cereal and movie date with joshua
-propose to joshua
-kiss joshua until our lips turn blue
-write a song for joshua
-tell joshua i love him
-lend joshua my jacket when he's cold
-make out with joshua at a drive-in movie
-thank joshua for allowing me to be his and prove to him that it truly is a privilege to call him my husband
josh was tearing up. he set down the note and opened the door to the bathroom, stripping off all his clothes and getting into the shower with tyler.
"joshua? what're you doi-" tyler started.
"i love you, tyler," josh said and hugged his husband tightly under the water.
tyler smiled and blushed, hugging joshua back. "i love you too, josh."
josh picked his husband up, tyler's back resting against the wall and he held him and they started to kiss under the shower water, both grinning and giggling as usual.
