My cheeks burned as I smiled.
"You look, beautiful!" I giggled.
"Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself." I said hoping to sound cool. He smiled.
"Well, what would you like to do today?" he asked standing up. I shrugged.
"How about we go to Moon Land?" he suggested. I nodded. "It's on me." he got up and walked out of his room. I had a confused look on my face. I had no clue where he was going. I took out my phone and looked at my missed calls. Five from my mom, three from my aunt, ten from Jake, and six from Liv. Great. I also had five messages from Liv.
1. "where r u?!"
2. "ur mom is going crazy!"
3. "BROOKE answer me!"
4. "Brooklyn May Wells, answer your damn phone im worried about you!!!"
5. "OH MY FUCKING GOD. Pllzz answer me!! I'm worried!"
Then I had three from Jake.
1. "Cookie, where are you?!"
2. "Liv and me are worried."
3. "Please call us back! Your mom said something happened last night and you ran off, I have no clue where you are!"
I had to call Liv. So I dialed her number. No answer.
"Hey, it's me. I'm fine, I had a fight with Paul. I'm staying with a friend, and I'll be in school Tuesday, so don't worry." then hung up. If I were to go to Liv's house, I know my mom would find me. So I was staying with Ethan.
